Then sat in the room for another 15 minutes before she entered, upon her entering the room, or should I say after she barged in the room without knocking first, my mask was down below my nose. She stopped dead in her tracks, put her hand up and out in front of herself and demanded I put my mask up, I was taken aback by this as this is my first interaction with dr Duncan. I asked her if my mother could come in the room with me because she is a nurse and I wanted her to be able to ask questions I wouldn't think to ask (I've never had surgery before) She said "absolutely not" She then forced me to switch rooms because I "contaminated" the previous one by breathing through my nose. Her actions and demeanor were so rude and condescending that I asked to have her PA go over my results instead. I had to FaceTime my mother in the waiting room that was filled with 15 or more people to discuss my medical problems so apparently she doesn't follow the HIPPA laws either because other patients were telling me "good luck with your ankle" as I was walking out. I have never in my 33 years been treated like this by a medical "professional". And I most certainly would not allow someone of this low caliber to cut me open. When I had the virtual appointment, it was an under 10 minute conversation that involves nothing medical, basically, just an introduction. I then received a bill two months later for almost $300 for the "office visit". They really need to be telling people that it is going to be coded as an office visit and will go towards your deductible. When I called the billing department, they relay that it would be like this at any doctors office. After calling multiple doctors offices who do not require virtual appointments, I will be seen elsewhere. The officer manager couldn't have cared less. I'll be going somewhere else where they are more compassionate.

They are not very nice when scheduling an appointment and if you have any other questions, they are rude and act as if it is a huge inconvenience to get that answer for you. As for getting a procedure scheduled , plan on waiting at least 3 days to here back from them. When I called 2 days after seeing the doctor the scheduler said " we don't move that quickly"!!! Can't believe she would even say that! She is pretty much saying she is lazy and sucks at her job! I am a pretty healthy person so I don't need to go there that often but I feel sorry for anyone that needs to see them often or has to get procedures done frequently. If I didn't love the doctors I would probably find another provider with more helpful and nice staff.

They offered DBT (DDialectical behavior therapy) teaching me skills to help me with my issues. The staff were mostly good. I had a cervical spine fusion and was fearful of "adjustments" to my neck, Dr Kellie was absolutely amazing! She calmed my fears, so professional yet so empathetic and so kind. She goes above and beyond and really cares about her patients. Her bedside manner is outstanding and her laugh and smile are always a welcoming attribute after a long hard day. I had severe knee pain and prior to my total knee replacement Dr Kellie took that pain away. Now that the knee replacement is completed she introduced me to laser therapy and a game changer of athletic K Tape which turned around my recovery from TKR. I am 6 months post op on May 2 and I can tell you I would not be this far along without Dr. Kellie. Looking forward to getting more flex with her at the helm guiding, I trust her like no other chiropractor I have ever been to. I would (did) follow her to the moon. I highly recommend Rodnick clinic. Because our entire family lives in Michigan, we desperately wanted to bring her closer to home. Many facilities were hesitant to accept her case, but Carriage House welcomed her with open arms. From the moment she arrived, she was treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and genuine love. Every member of the team played a role in her recovery. The leadership, physicians and providers, nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, activities department, dietary staff, and housekeeping team all demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism and care. We were continually impressed by their commitment to our mom's well-being.
