I would not use this plumber again. Based on the work that was completed and the cost of the…read morematerials involved, I believe I was overcharged by at least $250. I feel that the plumber took advantage of the fact that I did not fully understand what work needed to be done. My understanding was that he would be replacing the water line leading to my refrigerator. However, after reviewing the completed work, I realized that very little of the existing line was actually replaced. He replaced approximately two inches of the existing pipe (circled in photo), added a T-fitting to that section, and removed approximately 24 feet of copper line, replacing it with a coiled line that appears to be a relatively inexpensive material. After estimating the cost of the materials, the amount I was charged appears to equate to roughly $300 per hour for labor. Given the limited amount of actual replacement work performed and the apparent cost of the materials, I feel the final charge was unreasonable and disproportionate to the work completed. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
