After threatening legal action, he finally had 'his guys' do my siding after the hail storm, which left me a huge mess and with me having property being stolen from my backyard. I had to hire another contactor to fix and clean up his mess and damage!! THEN I had various Subcontractors show up at my door putting a Lean on my house because he did not pay them!!!! He took my money and ran with it. I had NO idea he used Subcontractors. I had several different people show up at my door asking for money because he promised them they could do my house, when it was completed. This was a year of fighting legally because he just took my money, made other people do it once I threatened legal action 8 months after, and then didn't pay them what he promised them, so they came after me for it. Absolutely bloody Terrible Person and the reviews I seen after all repeated the same experience I was forced to encounter! The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with ANY contractor!! How he is still able to work in the field is beyond me!

Attaching pics of mess left & of the "finished" kitchen (he offered to send his helper, who is not a painter or a drywaller, to redo the ceiling but it was the helper who did the drywall mudding - see pics). Charles said he is a 'master painter' but has fallen far short on this job. The list is what had to be addressed on the first walk thru (kit just started), didn't put down plastic the 2nd day & left drywall dust everywhere he'd walked over my bed. Spilled paint on driveway, said helper will powerwash but it's still here. I have been so patient but, at 6 weeks, I'm done. I told him that I would be posting here if he didn't finish by next Friday but he has not responded so I think it's important that post. I sure wish I'd had the chance to know better before hiring them. Also,, YOUR REQUIRED TO PAY UP FRONT! DON'T DO IT because I've asked for a refund- even 1/2 so I can pay someone to fix it- but they won't.

Heard great things about this company and was excited to finally get things done. We had dealt with Roger on a repair before and was very happy with him. But we couldn't and we had to deal with Joe the salesman of the office in High River. He fabricated all kinds of stories as to why he pulled a credit report and got us financing but didn't include the ducting which was the problem to begin with. He just wanted to sell and not service.
