The staff were very kind and made sure they everything they could to make sure all of our needs were met, as well as making sure everything was done on rather short notice. I liked working with the FD that we had because he didn't try to upsell us on anything and explained all the charges thoroughly. He followed our emotions very well and when we would have a little humor out of the situation he followed suit. He showed extreme patience when we didn't have all we needed to complete everything as well. I would recommend coming here if you have lost a loved one. Even if you only need them for partial services, they are pretty great. In our situation we had pretty much all we needed done prior to coming here. The only issue I have and its probably the same everywhere is the cost. For what we needed done, it should never be that much. Again, I'm pretty sure that's all of the funeral homes. Over a thousand dollars of our cost was just in admin fees. That irked me a little bit. However, if you need a FH, I would come here for sure.
