A friend recommended we take a rescue dog (Westie/Yorkie mix) to Crystal to get de-funkified. We…read morehad given him a bath but it didn't do much for the odor that he'd gained living in a hoarding situation with dozens of other dogs (read: reeked of dog pee and hadn't seen a bath, brush or trim in who knows how long.) The friend said Crystal does a great job with his temperamental pooch, so we gave her a try. Crystal took this pup from mangy-looking and awful-smelling to adorable and funk-free. She said she shampooed him three times to get his hair clean. She'd given him a great trim and he came out wearing a cute bandana. The price seemed very reasonable, too! In addition, Crystal let us know the pup's urine had an especially pungent odor. As, we hadn't had a pet in ages, we didn't know it wasn't normal, but a trip to the vet revealed a UTI and crystals in the urine, so Crystal helped us out with getting faster treatment for this previously poor, mistreated creature. Overall, great experience and we'll go back!

But there was a small signs on the lawn and the side door indicated that we were indeed there. you take the stairs down to the basement upon entering, and the girl there took down my info. From the reminder call the day before my appt, I knew to come early between 7-9a to drop off my dogs. She told me that they would be ready around noon. The service i paid for was a simple bath. She also trimmed their claws and cleaned out their ears. When I picked up my girls, they smelled lightly fragrant and were so soft. I really liked how she trimmed the fur around their paws when she did their claws. All this normally costs $25, so I felt I got a good deal. I don't normally take my girls to get professionally bathed, but if I were to do this again, i would def consider coming back. Only issue for me was that it's for from home for me.
