Dr Watson was terrific and did the necessary tests to relieve my concerns that nothing was medically wrong with Kane, possibly just stressed from all the driving from Chicago to here. We chose the non-invasive treatment route with steroids. However, we were given very little guidance regarding the treatment plan, expected duration of steroid use, or follow-up monitoring. No one from the clinic bothered to check in on his progress after treatment began. Whenever I called with questions or concerns and wanted guidance from the vet, I was frequently told that she was unavailable and would not be able to get back to me until the following week. This was frustrating given the seriousness of my dog's condition and the fact that he was taking long-term steroids. I eventually sought a second opinion from another vet, and the difference in communication and follow-up care was night and day. It was a relief to find a vet who was proactive and actually cared about monitoring my dog's condition. Based on my experience, I would not return to this clinic and would recommend looking elsewhere for veterinary care.

They kept her there for over 4 hours and when I picked her up she didn't smell or look like she got a bath at all more like they just sprayed her with a spray, was shedding more then when I brought her in, her nails weren't trimmed at all and was covered in poop. Not to mention they must have not given her any water the whole time because the second she walked through the door she drank her whole water bowl. Very disappointed.

I'm super surprised by the negative reviews here and cannot believe we are talking about the same place. Our dog Crockett, who can be a handful, is always excited to go to WMW when we drop him off. All of the staff snuggles him right up when we bring him in. When we suffered the loss of one of our pets this year, the staff at WMW grieved with us. Additionally, when we call with last minute requests, or have to leave our pet another day, they always do their best to squeeze us in. I've been so appreciative of them and the care and love they give to our furry family members.
