Top to bottom and even on the floor. The right side is mostly for dogs and you'll see other items for rodents and snakes. And on the left side in a semi separated room, you'll see mostly cat and birds stuff. There's a cat roaming around there. I am allergic and so I was scratching and my eyes were itchy. I didn't know why until I saw the cat walking around. The owner / person working that day was a bit too salesy. I was already going to buy something but I almost changed my mind with all the upselling. The prices were pretty good (compared to my home state of California where I was visiting from) so I decided to get it anyways. They have cleaning supplies, food, beds, bandanas and more. It's local so it gets a bonus in my opinion since I always try to support local. 4 stars because prices were cheap compared to where I'm from but probably a 3 star store. So I'll give it a 3.

The store has pet food (dog/cat/bird/small animal) as well as fish & filter supplies. There are lots of toys, leashes, treats etc for all aforementioned animals. There are also very cute live bunnies, guinea pigs, zebra finch, budgies and other birds/small animals. For those with reptiles there are frozen feeder mice/rats as well as mealworms & superworms. Service there is superb, the ladies are very friendly and helpful. This is our new pet store

I took my dog to Ruffins for a grooming, she was a mess since I hadn't had her groomed all winter…read more We moved from California and I was afraid that she would be too cold if we had her fur cut, so needless to say she was pretty bad. My dog came back a mess, she had a terrible cut, not even at all, and was cut pretty badly on her leg. She also had other area's of her body that seemed to be sore. I had a rough night because she would cry anytime she moved or I moved in the bed. I put her on a low dose aspirin and she did calm down some. I know she was matted some, but I have had her at Pet Smart in the same condition and all that happen there was she was cut short in a few areas, never injured. The cut on her leg is not just a little nick, it is really bad, I am worried about infection. I am putting polysporin on it to keep the threat of infection down. Don't take your dog here.
