Only difference I said after showing this picture was the coat on the body shorter. My baby got butchered

Petsmart on powers. Said my dog was difficult, charged me 10 fee, even though at the north academy PetSmart she has never had an issue. I should have read my dog's behavior when dropping off. She never acts crazy scared but this time she did. I should have listened. They butchered my dogs face. Female Shihtzu. Should have just had her body shaved down and left have alone. Can't wait for North academy to reopen......never again powers location.

My Shih Tzu was recently rehomed into my care- as her previous owner could no longer take care of her. She came to me as matted as possible and without trimmed nails, for God knows how long. She needed some serious TLC and the closest shave possible. I made an appointment with Savannah V. as soon as I could. When I had brought her in, I had explained the situation and that she may have some anxiety. Savannah was absolutely incredible to my girl. Quick, efficient, and gave my pup the best care possible. My dog is so much happier and friendly, now that her feet aren't hurting her and doesn't have so much fur weighing her down. I've only gone to Savannah once, and already couldn't imagine choosing another groomer.

Got my doggo groomed here by Jen! She does amazing with him despite him being an anxious fella. He always comes out looking great. Milo is also somewhat a nervous dog and she always handles him well and he is always comfortable going back to her!

Dropped my dog off for 4 days and they took excellent care he got sick and they took him over right away to get checked by a Vet also gave a free day and got him groomed excellent staff all around thanks so much

The 2 managers I dealt with, Megan&Molly, were disrespectful, they threatened to take $ out of my account and I had to cancel my card.

Poorly trained staff. Every PetSmart is different, this one is not good. Go to PetCo off Nevada.

We are deeply disappointed with our experience at this veterinary practice and feel compelled to…read moreshare our concerns to warn other pet owners. In December our cat underwent a dental procedure here costing approximately two thousand dollars. On January 7 she abruptly stopped eating entirely. We brought her in immediately and clearly expressed concern that she may have ingested something toxic or foreign. Bloodwork was performed and we were told the results suggested ingestion of something toxic. Imaging is the most serious issue in this case. X rays were discussed but my husband did not decline imaging. He was actively discouraged from pursuing X rays and was told they were not necessary at that time. Despite this the medical record inaccurately states that X rays were declined which is categorically false. Our cat was sent home with medications but no imaging despite complete anorexia. Multiple follow up calls resulted in additional medications still without imaging. She never resumed eating and continued to deteriorate. When we sought care at another veterinary clinic X rays were performed immediately and a foreign object was found in her stomach and surgically removed. As a result we have serious concerns about -Failure to act on persistent anorexia and ingestion concerns -The delay of basic diagnostic imaging -Inaccurate and misleading medical documentation regarding consent and decision making -Discouraging imaging while documenting it as declined -The delay forcing emergency care at another clinic We formally requested -A refund for the January 7 visit and related medications -A correction to the medical record Both requests were refused. Additionally the primary veterinarian we interacted with was rude dismissive and condescending and spoke in a manner that felt elitist and talked down to us while we were advocating for our pet. Mistakes happen in medicine. What is unacceptable is refusing accountability failing to correct inaccurate records and treating concerned clients with disrespect especially when those errors result in delayed emergency care. We strongly encourage pet owners to advocate aggressively for diagnostics and to review medical records closely if they choose to seek care here.

Great veterinarians! The team truly cares about your pets. I would recommend Dr. Cordero and Dr…read more Roberts to anyone seeking quality care for their pets.

Before working with them, we were struggling with his intense fear-based aggression--lunging, snarling, and snapping at strangers, even after repeated introductions. It was heartbreaking because, at home, he was a loving and well-mannered companion, but out in the world, his anxiety made everyday activities stressful and unpredictable. After spending six weeks with Manny and Kelsey, Marcus has made an unbelievable turnaround. He is now able to be in public without lunging, growling, or reacting aggressively. He is calmer, more confident, and better equipped to handle new experiences without fear. While we never expected him to become a completely different dog, he has truly become the best version of himself--happier, more at ease, and able to meet life's challenges in a way we never thought possible. The team at Humble Paws didn't just train Marcus; they understood him, worked with his needs, and gave him (and us) the tools to succeed. Their patience, expertise, and dedication have been life-changing, and we are forever grateful for the progress they've helped him achieve. If you're struggling with a reactive dog and wondering if there's hope--there is. We wholeheartedly recommend Humble Paws!

Manny is an amazing trainer and my pup loves him, he would get so excited to go to training everyday or as we call it "doggy school." Manny specializes in aggressive breeds, and while most places would have turned us down, he welcomed us with open arms. He truly cares about dogs and does not want any to be given up or put down bc of behavioral issues. I highly recommend humble paws, you won't regret it!

We chalked it up to her just missing us and from being away from us for so long. Well, apparently the issue is she got ahold of some gloves and swallowed it even though we directed them she can't be around soft stuff. She already had GI surgery before, and some close calls so I'm surprised this glove made her act worse than a towel did when the vet said she had less than 24 hours left if she didn't get the surgery. Anyways. They claimed at first they had no gloves whatsoever on property (not even personal?) And then changed it to she wasn't around anywhere they keep gloves. Now, I get that mistakes happen, and I can't tell you the number of times I've stuck gloves in my own pockets or apron from work that should've been thrown away, but they decided to gaslight and blame it from when she got home. But I live in an HOA so she's always on leash, by my side, only to go potty (the parents next door hate that she's a rottie and try to make her sick). Plus we don't have this type of stuff and no one comes near our porch. All we were looking for at least was an apology for their negligence and for them to not end up risking another furbabys life!
