$100 cut from Groomer Whitney, Alexandria Petsmart.
    Corvetta M.

First of all, my doggies are my world. So I take my babies to get cut, as many dogs as I've owned, I've always loved the services received at PetsMart until yesterday. Groomer by the name of Whitney cut my dogs (yes she rescheduled my appointment after being moments late). Then, o asked if they would call me when done, never got a call. Went to get my dogs and they looked like they had been pecked by a birds and now the groomers had gone home by 5:15, even though sign said 6pm. I expressed my unhappiness with how they looked and was asked to call back today, which I did. Ms. Whitney immediately reminded me that calls to clients are by courtesy only and are not mamdated.. Then, told me I'd I didn't like their cuts she can add her name to their cards to never groom them again (yeah, that is perfect)... However, I asked what can they do to rectify as whom did the cut was not as important as to how they looked. She quickly told me not to be rude and without further notice transferred me to the Manager Allen. Thank God for excellent management follow up. Mr. Allen was extremely pleasant, heard my concerns of customer service and immediately took action. Watch out for Ms. mean Whitney, with this attitude and service, who knows how she is really treating our pets while in her care!

Dog was sick with bones protruding upon receiving him back. Photos added to prove this review is…read moreindeed truthful. Also attached Vet Records and pictures received from staff regarding the conditions of inside the building.

This occurred a couple of months ago but my conscience has really led me to share this experience…read moreso that others can be aware. Unfortunately we would not recommend this facility. I tried reaching out to the owner and to my dogs trainer before making a public review. Not until I had put this message out did someone send a message back. The response was from the owner and was told to make an appointment for one on one training and he had a response for all my concerns, not the ones I wanted to hear necessarily . I set up appointment but never got approved. I called to find out and was told it would be with her trainer and she would call me back. So after 2 weeks of no response this is where we are. After 8 weeks of training , I picked up our girl and I am truly disappointed to say I see nothing positive. The supposed training she received is unnoticeable. I gave Alpha and Omega the benefit of the doubt even after reading comments of a ex employee, and some negative reviews .Wish I would have pulled her out after reading some comments and seeing the lack of professionalism shown by the owner towards people. Don't get me wrong the young ladies that work up front are very nice. But as far as training goes or the behavior that my dog is exhibiting now is not what I was expecting from this course. She actually listened more to me before training. As we take our walks she is afraid and becomes very aggressive towards people and starts barking and growling, this was not normal behavior prior to training. She was never aggressive or had her tail between her legs with family kids and now she is. She does not listen to the commands that were given to me at all. I took her in with brand new tags, she did not have them when we came home, I called and asked and was sent a picture with her tags and of someone else, I picked up the tags and they look as if she was hosed down and never dried off and the tags became rusted and molded. When I picked her up they said that she might have issues with her potty training, I don't understand why especially since she was fully potty trained when I dropped her off. I took her to her vet because she had diarrhea and was told that she had a parasite in her stomach and that she should have gained more weight since her last visit( last visit was 2 days before dropping her off). Also according to what I was told is that she would be groomed, nails trimmed and coat brushed, well she had matted chunks of hair( which I did address in a visit and was told they would comb it out but 2 weeks later still had them). In 8 weeks we received 2 videos and it took almost a month for me to receive the first one or any update on her, and I never received photos even though I was told that I would. So after 8 weeks apart from us we are just happy to have her back home and safe. We are working on training her ourselves and showing her so much love. Everyone is entitled to share their experience and this was my and my dog's experience.
