On November 1, 2021 I had my baby groomed at Sandy's. His cut was actually really nice, HOWEVER.... They snipped him in the genital area. Its not a big cut and that in itself is not the issue. The problem is that we were not aware of the injury as we should have been, therefore did not realize we would need to treat the injury until we discovered it later. I realize these things happen. And had someone informed us it wouldn't be such an issue. But because we were not told .... We will not be taking our babies back to Sandys....and will be telling everyone we know that uses Sandys about the issue.... And by no means will recommend Sandys to ANYONE!!!!
