They require a bath at drop off, but they did not fully rinse the shampoo out (I gave him a bath and he was sudzy before I even used my shampoo on him). They shaved behind an ear to close, he had razor burns and his legs had been clipped as well where the sores were. It's a very nice place, but they apparently they need to hire competent people. Very disappointed.

Well here's the answer...... The owner was in the shop. This lady is a nasty women. The GIRLS ARE GREAT but the owner is horrible. Also the fact that they only except cash is also concerning, I can see that perhaps they have received bad checks in the past, but a Debit or Credit card is a safe way to operate. I took her in and within an hour or two I was called and told she was ready. I do not think she was bathed, (because I just gave her a bath today and the water just to get her wet was brown as crap) this is an indoor dog for the most part. I could see the hair around her eyes had been trimmed. but not much of anything else, her pads were hairy as hell. I think they did the least amount they had to, sprayed her with some god awful scent and put a bandana on her. I didn't hang around long because she was shaking when I dropped her off and not much better when I picked her up. I will never use this place again. currently, I'm going on u tube. I'll learn to cut her hair on my own. at least I know I'm giving it my all. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to take your fur babies, not all people are as dedicated as they should be.

They had been going to petsense and had been increasingly unsatisfied with the poor haircuts and rising prices. You could clearly see the blade cuts all over the dogs body and those groomers were obviously not familiar with the schnauzer breed haircuts as well. I had seen this groomers many photos on their facebook account and was impressed by the quality of their cuts and was so happy to see they already had schnauzer clients and did excellent job with those schnauzer cuts. So after much convincing, I finally was able to convince my senior citizen parents to try this groomer out. They were able to call and schedule the appointment with ease. Had their appointment today and they said staff was super nice and kind. Getting to the location was easy and parking was easy as well. The haircut was excellent and expertly done. The trim lines were perfectly straight and the perfect schnauzer cut with excellent beard and ear work. I don't know what type of shampoo they used but it's definitely good quality as made her coat even more whiter and shinier than ever. Prices were very reasonable and cheaper than petsense and didn't charge separately for nail trim or ear wash. Left their puppy squeaky clean and happy. So glad they finally agreed to go there. They found a new groomer and will definitely be back!!

Luna has ptsd and screams when she knows her nails are getting cut. So I decided to try Brandy's shop out. I get there already stressed and warned Brandy & Samantha about the mayhem that's about to go down. Brandy & Samantha handled it well and did an amazing job at calming Luna down. I regularly take her now and each trip Luna is getting better at having her nails cut. Brandy is quick and trims her nails shorter than any groomer I've taken her to. I definitely recommend both these beautiful lady's for your fur baby grooming needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Nash Williams, the head of Twin Oaks Veterinary Hospital. I…read morehad a goat named "Rambo" who was one of my first goats. He had urinary calculi and could not urinate. I brought Rambo on a weekend after hours, and Nash performed the surgery right there in front of me. I then had to return Rambo since he had a lot of toxins backed up in his system and was near death. Nash took him in and got the "book" out and IV'd the goat with something that healed him in about 5 days. Now that's for a goat! Rambo is still around and a very special goat. I also had a dog, Sugar, giving birth to 10 puppies at around 2AM when all of a sudden, she squirted out bright green liquid. I got scared and called at that early hour and must've gotten Nash out of bed. He was willing to meet me at the clinic with the dog at that hour but consoled me to say he thought the dog would be alright. She had 10 healthy pups! Nash is a good one, and I doubt they make vets like that anymore.
