The customer service I received was rude, intimidating, and insulting. Their reply was that certain parts on the clippers are not covered by warranty. Only the motor was guaranteed. I have never heard such poor excuses, and lack of empathy.

They have a range of incubation kits for eggs as well as all the equipment you need from hatching to adulthood. A fish section is also slowly developing. The equestrian section is extremely comprehensive offering everyhing the modern horse owner and rider could wish for and plenty more. Of particular note is their pink range which includes sparkly riding crops with stars and matching grooming kits. Their range of own brand clothing is extremely durable and very well priced.

The new fish section is brilliant to go and see even if you arent buying anything as they have some more unusual fish, and are obvioulsy cared for well. The health section behind the locked cupboard is excellent as it is high quality brand, but at lower prices than you'd pay at the verts. It also means you can buy necessary health care bits with your normal pet food shop. The small mammals section is always well stocked and staff are on hand to answer any question you may have about the upkeep of them as pets.

I freaked out and ran down to the pet centre to ask for help on this unpleasant issue. The staff were friendly and did not try to oversell products in an attempt to increase their profit margins. I was sold a spray, a flea comb and a solution to rub into my kitten's skin and fur. Two days later and my kitten is flea free. Thank You Kings Heath Pet Centre. They also have goods for all types of pets and animals, ranging from dogs to your more exotic pets. It is also a great place to bring the kids if you have any. The Cockatoo is one of my main reasons for coming here on un-cat related issues. He/She will quite happily mimic your words if you don't mind looking a little bit silly in front of the other customers. Kings Heath Pet Centre also sells your regular supplies such as litter and food pouches. Their prices are competitive with the larger supermarkets that have the pleasure in buying in vast stock quantities. If you own a pet and live in the vicinity, then Kings Heath Pet Centre is the place for you.

There is a wide range of products for each type of pet, all of my cat and guinea pig needs were well catered for. The staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. My main reason for visiting the pet centre was always to see the cute animals, especially the furry little bunny rabbits! *Awww* So cute! There is always a large parrot who occasionally gives people a fright but suddenly squawking or flapping his wings as you go past. Any excuse to go in and I'm there!

Dear Mr James, I…read morethought it might be helpful to drop you a line about the quality of the service my dog, Bess, received when we went to Sue Alexander fro the first time last week. We had previously used the services of Debbie and were uncertain asto whether Sue would deliver the same quality of service. Bess is a lively three year old springer, who does not respond well to strangers and can be a bit of a handful. All I can say is that Sue was absolututely superb in how she handled Bess, explaining exactly to us what our options were, what she suggested she was going to do and how Bess looked after her "wash and cut". For her part, Bess obviously thoroughly enjoyed the experience and her whole demeanopur showed how proud she was afterwards with the "new image". I would recommend Sue to anyone, not only for the quality of her professional services, but for her friendly manner and natural warmth. What comes over is someone who knows and loves what she is doing, is very knowledgeable and has a genuine affinity for dogs. All of which reflects highly on your selection and training systems. You are delivering a service of quality to the community. Yous sincerely, Kevin Hickey FBISC MBE, Consultant in High Performance Sport
