I…read morethink mainly that has to do with the fact that I'm uninsured and pay through the nose for treatment. As with all vets the drug prices are extortionate. At least double the price of what can be had by buying from an online pharmacy. But they have you by the short and curlies. You must have a prescription, to get a prescription you must see a vet and pay for their consultation. Once you have had the consultation you must then pay for the prescription. The prescription only covers one drug, so if like me you need two you must pay for two prescriptions. I still save nearly £1,000 per year by doing it this way, so you can see just how extortionate vet drug prices are in order to still save that amount of money.
