The have everything you need for your pets, you can have a look around and end up leaving with things you didn't even know you needed! i buy all the fish stuff from here including the food even though they don't eat much the food pots are so big and they last for ages too which is great because i don't have to be making too many trips for a stock up on items.

This is a truely excellent shop, catering for for tropical freshwater, marines, reptiles and ponds…read more They always have a large range of healthy and keenly priced fish in store, with unusual and 'oddball' fish a particular speciality of theirs. You know you are in for something special when you enter their freshwater tropical section, which has a huge tank on the left that is so big you would normally only expect to see something like it in a sealife center and tanks on the right which, amongst other things, have fresh water rays (some of which are apparently bred by a member of staff). Speaking of the staff, as a regular customer over the years, I have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful, whether you are experianced fish keeper or someone just starting out in the hobby. In my opinion, this is one of the very best aquatic stores in the East Midlands area (and judging by the number of awards they have won, I am not the only person to think this) and is well worth a visit for anyone with even a passing interest in the hobby.
