For 8 years, as a trusted estate planning lawyer at law firm in Los Gatos, Shirley handled all aspects of estate planning - from drafting the estate planning documents, trust and probate administration of a decedent's estate to also trust litigation. He was able to explain to me the following: 1) he would research the USPTO and let me know if there were any other trademarks under the name; 2) the costs and fees that would be involved; 3) what he does and doesn't do (for example he doesn't do lawsuits, cease & desist because he is not that type of lawyer); 4) the process and timeline of filing a trademark; and 5) what I will need to do to demonstrate "Use in Commerce". After researching different Trademark attorneys, I am happy I chose Trevor to do this for me. So far, I am very pleased with him. He is knowledgeable, accessible, and thorough. Also, I appreciate how he stays in communication with me and has kept me abreast of every step occurring so far with the application filing process.

I value clarity over flattery and precision over small talk. Long-term professional relationships are built on competence and integrity -- not on pleasant but empty words. I have been working with Trevor for over five years on trademark matters. During that time, he has handled multiple filings for me, including one case that I genuinely believed would be nearly impossible to secure. Not only did he navigate the complexities with clarity and confidence, but he ultimately succeeded where I had serious doubts it could be done. Trevor is sharp, responsive, and highly strategic. He assesses risk carefully, communicates directly, and moves efficiently. Even with my extremely detail-oriented and demanding approach to business, he is often one step ahead -- anticipating issues before I raise them and providing thoughtful, well-reasoned guidance. To be completely honest, part of me hesitates to write this because I would prefer he not become too busy. That is how valuable he is to me as a trademark attorney. If you are looking for someone who combines intelligence, precision, and professionalism -- and who delivers real results -- you will be in very good hands.

I cannot recommend Geller Law highly enough!…read more I reached out to Mr. Geller after having a very discouraging experience with a previous attorney who was unresponsive, dismissive, and made me feel like a criminal rather than a full time working professional. I was already under a lot of stress, and that lack of communication made things significantly worse. From the moment I contacted Geller Law, the experience was completely different. Lauryn Bradley, the paralegal, spoke with me right away when I was panicking and took the time to listen, explain the process, and reassure me. She immediately scheduled a consultation with Mr. Geller, and both of them were incredibly accommodating and calm throughout the entire process. Mr. Geller clearly explained my situation, set realistic expectations, and most importantly gave me peace of mind. He and Lauryn handled every aspect of my case with professionalism and care, allowing me to continue focusing on my work without constantly worrying about legal details. They were very clear about what was needed from me, and whenever they requested something, communication was prompt and straightforward. Another thing that truly mattered to me was that Mr. Geller personally showed up to every court appearance. I was never left to attend court alone or unsure of what to do. Having him present each time made a stressful situation far more manageable and reinforced my confidence that my case was being taken seriously. What truly sets this firm apart is responsiveness. Emails and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, which made an enormous difference during a stressful time. I always felt informed, respected, and supported. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Geller Law. If you are looking for a legal team that is competent, responsive, and genuinely cares about their clients, I would recommend Mr. Geller and Lauryn without hesitation!

Don't hesitate going with Sam, he makes things happen, extremely trustworthy and upfront, super responsive, and makes sure you're taken care of.

Finally catching up on writing Yelp reviews, and this one is long overdue…read more Silveira Law has successfully represented me a total of 4 times in the last year and a half. All moving violations throughout Alameda County. All dismissed either due to officer not present or because Atty. Silveira is a master at what he does. On one particular case, I sat in the courtroom and watched Mike fight on my behalf remotely on Zoom. The officer had a grudge against me and showed up to court nearly 2 years after he issued the citation (atypical). Mike's cross-examination techniques are so effective--within minutes, my case was dismissed and the officer literally stormed out of the court room in anger and glared at me on his way out. If I wasn't required to wear a face mask in the court room, I would have been picking up my jaw from the floor. I've sat through nearly all of my court cases and watched how other lawyers represent their clients. Mike actually FIGHTS on your behalf, most people hire an attorney who PLEADS OUT and never gets to a stage where the officer is cross-examined. Respect law enforcement, but also hold them accountable. Never put yourself in the court room without proper representation. Long story short: read a few more reviews--they're 5 Stars for a reason, then hire Silveira Law. Response times can be slow because the firm is busy, so plan accordingly. You'll interact mainly with his paralegals by emailing copies of your citation/license, then hear nothing until your case is dismissed. Showing up to court may or may not be required, but if you do show up, you might have the pleasure of watching Mike serve a masterclass in the court room. Trust the process, enjoy the results. Thank you Mike!

Price, San Francisco Superior Court docket number CGC-18-564579; Court of Appeal case numbers A159536 and A160057. The trial court sanctioned him, his firm, and his clients $47,345.30, saying: "That the Prices and Weisberg possessed an 'evil motive' is obvious[;] that they pursued it so blatantly is astonishing." Getting sanctioned that much is already uncommon; getting chastised that badly by a court is truly extraordinary. In September of 2021, an appeals court not only agreed, it made a point to add: "We assume the trial court and attorney Weisberg have already reported the judicially imposed sanctions to the State Bar of California." Maybe so. Weisberg decided in February 2021, during the appeal, to become inactive with the State Bar, meaning he cannot practice law for now. Good luck to his former clients whose cases are still going.
