The fries were soggy should've been cooked longer and I've been eating North Carolina barbecue my whole life. Why is there no vinegar sauce? And the prices are quite outrageous for it to be hit or miss was really sad. CONS: Service is not friendly. I felt like she was rushing me at every question. Then she kept closing the window after every question. Covid is over. There's more than 6 feet between the two of us. Virgil's was really busy with walk-up customers too. Even more reason to be friendly when you're face to face with people. We chose to patronize your establishment. PROS: Food is cooked to order. I got mom a 3 piece fried chicken wings with a roll. A medium Mac and Cheese. After feeling rushed, I forgot to order for myself. Once she took my money, she walked away and didn't come back. A 2nd worker appeared later to let me know that it's about 8 more minutes on the wings. Food came out smelling good. Got home, Fixed our plates. Wings were seasoned well.
