Of course this meant everyone else had to listen to three days of noise instead of just one, but my biggest concern is the significant amount of water they just pissed away needlessly. Water is an increasingly valuable resource, especially here on the island, and it's definitely not free either. Unregulated and wasteful overuse like this is indicative of a business model that should not be allowed to exist in the first place, let alone being taken to such excessive lengths by a bunch of clowns who apparently don't even know what they're doing. I suppose we have to credit them a little for at least making the effort to satisfy the customer, but weighing that against a grossly negligent waste of water and excessive noise pollution affecting a dozen neighbours over a period of days, I still don't think they come out looking too good at all. A recklessly wasteful company that abuses natural resources like this deserves to be put right out of business.

Then the wait began; he canceled on me 3 times, always the day before; I told him, when he called to say he was finally going to make it the next day, to bring a weed whacker. Between the time we'd signed the contract and his arrival I'd taken a bad fall, and was unable to mow my lawn. A friend arrived to take me to a physio appt. and to get groceries just as Hayden was getting started; by the time I got home he was gone. My lawn had been scalped; little tufts of yellow-green grass sticking up here and there. I watered with my irrigation system as instructed, but it never came back throughout the summer, so I never had to set foot on my lawn. This spring, the lawn came back, lush and green - and full of weeds. When I started mowing I found that the lumps and bumps are still there, for the most part. So I've still got them, and my weeds, but $500 less in my bank account. Never again, not with this company, at any rate.

Demossing Debacle!…read more Might be ok for easy window cleaning jobs but look elsewhere for anything more Arrived onsite with non working equipment, no fall arrest gear and crew admitted not ever dong the type of work they where dispatched for.. had to stop work less than 5 minutes when crew was clearly unsure of what they where doing and covering neighbours house (and open window) with debris Solution from company was to ask for hundreds more for same job along with installing invasive anchors into tile roof. Left us with gutter full of moss and debris
