Because interflora could not deliver flowers on time for my uncle's funeral the next day, I phoned Petit Fleur who assured me they could deliver flowers on time as the funeral director's was nearby. We agreed on £30 flowers and £3 delivery charge. I gave my uncle's surname, then slowly spelt his name out. Next day, my flowers had not arrived at the crematorium.
