An experienced, knowledgeable and thorough professional to say the least. He first understood my case details and then explained clearly how should we go about it. Paul and his staff (David and others) were very responsive throughout the case communications. At the court, Paul represented my case very well and got down the reckless charge to a speeding ticket of 80/55. I was happy with the result knowing how the traffic law enforcement system operates in VA and the possible consequences of having a reckless charge which is a criminal offense and a class 1 misdemeanor on my record.
