(Only after waiting all afternoon for them and having to text them to see why they did not call, text, or show) waited all afternoon Sunday, after they texted they were on their way to the car, sent someone to the car as it was stranded somewhere,and again they waited all afternoon till late evening...no call, no text, no show...and after sending them yet another text no response (2 texts) . So not sure what kind of work they do if they work..but definitely for us were neither reliable nor courteous enough to even communicate and let us know they did not plan to do the job.

I had contacted this business about putting a dead bolt lock on a door. He . He managed to get the…read morelock on the door without any issues but when it came to putting in the striker on the door frame he damaged the weather seal on the door ripping it and drilled several holes in the door frame to adjust the striker plate. Even after that the only way the dead bolt would function is with the door latched loosely. When asked if he would take off his price for the damage to the weather seal he became very rude even to using the F bomb and calling my son a low life. His yelling upset my wife. I would not recommend using this person for anything that requires some know how. Attached are photos of the damage to the weather stripping and the door casing.
