Planning ahead for your final arrangements is a final act of love for your family and friends. Unfortunately, a guy was in a situation where that didn't happen, and he's passing the hat just so he can cremate his father. Instead of mourning, he's fundraising. I love working with this firm. You wouldn't believe the process after a death when everything is arranged. Things tend to get held up. Imagine the nightmare when it isn't. After you're gone it's not your problem anymore, but it will be someone's. They are very accessible, no runarounds. This is where I discovered the Crystal Canyon Water that I love so much. So the might be good for my health as well. This process can be done on Legal Zoom according to the ads. If you can afford an estate attorney, this makes more sense, and is more hands on. We had a phone conversation and he personally took care of all of the paperwork within a few days. Jeff made the whole process extremely simple and easy to complete and he went above and beyond what I was expecting from any lawyer I was going to hire over the phone. I highly recommend Jeff and I will certainly be calling him again if I have any other estate planning needs in Minnesota.

He provided a wealth of information and throughout the process, we didn't feel rushed or shorted. He listened, answered questions, highlighted pitfalls for us etc. The value of his counsel is worth far more than the fee we paid. Unlike other law firms we had called, Stone Arch team took the time to have a paralegal reach out and spend a full 30-minutes on basics and what to expect from the process before we even committed to engaging their services. Don't hesitate, they are as great as we say they are. CIAO

I had a revocable trust that had been created many years ago in another state, and when I realized…read moreit was well past time to initiate some modifications, I did a little research and decided to contacted Stone Arch Law Office in Minneapolis to inquire about its services. I called the office, indicated my needs, and stated that I would like to work with Attorney Rory Morse, if possible. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by Client Services Director Meg DeFrance. Meg is charming, and she is an absolute delight to work with. She and I spent a lot of time on the phone, asking and answering questions; and she familiarized me with the way in which Stone Arch handles estate planning. Meg was extremely helpful, and I went to my initial meeting with Rory feeling very well-prepared. The Stone Arch website states: "It is Meg's mission to make sure every client has an exceptional experience!" Meg, without a doubt, does that - and then some! Upon meeting with Rory, I knew almost immediately that I had selected the right attorney! Rory is perceptive, approachable, down to earth, and knowledgeable; and he effectively combines those qualities with a strong sense of professionalism. Rory is thorough to a fault, and he is clearly an expert in his field. I feel very fortunate to have been able to work with him. A review of Stone Arch would not be complete without giving a "hats off" to Legal Assistant Kat Gehrke, who works in the front office. Kat answered the phone the second time I called, and I immediately felt like I was talking to an old friend. Kat is warm, upbeat, and accommodating, and I believe she is in a perfect position to make new or prospective clients feel very much at home as she welcomes them to the office. I can't imagine working with an estate planning firm other than Stone Arch Law Office. The office really is the complete package, and if you're thinking about creating a will or a trust, about making sure your future heirs and assets are protected, and/or about delving into any other areas of estate planning, I strongly recommend you contact Stone Arch before going any further. I am absolutely sure you'll be glad that you did!

Several years ago, Igor actually didn't file a very important filing, which resulted me loosing out on several thousands of dollars. Prior to the due date, I had messaged Igor several times about it.
