Dr. Kenzie is absolutly fantastic! She is attentive, caring and really goes the extra mile for her patients. With that said, the front desk keeps me from giving this business 5 stars. Not only is it a mess up there (Papers, products and boxes everywhere!) But they are extremely unorganized and dysfunctional. I have sat in the waiting room waiting for my appointment for well over 45 minutes because they are focused on checking out 1 patient and forget about everyone sitting in the lobby. I'd love to say that was a one time occurrence but it happens every time I have an appointment. I have never waited in the waiting room for less than an hour. As much as it pains me to say it, if the clinic doesn't get more organized I will be forced to find a new provider. read more

I've suffered with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since 1993. Dr Kris Peterson was amazingly interested, caring, focused, diligent, knowledgeable, skilled, well-versed and more. My Western med drs could care less about a CFS patient. They couldn't wait to get me out of their office after just 10 minutes of "listening" to me. Peterson Clinic is the eldest and most-wise Chiro (and more) clinic in Oregon. Look it up. Waiting longer than your patience can tolerate or some non-perfect organizational appearance is not an indication of what they can do for you. Ignore the "bad" lame review/s. Go to them. Let them be their go-to as your first choice over and above Western medicine which is severely limited and does not address the reason for your illness. They only mask the symptoms. Trust me on this. Dr. Kenzie is an excellent doctor, but I agree with the other reviews here. The front desk staff are rude. The office manager is the worst I've ever seen. The office looks like a tornado went through it just gets worse. If the doctors weren't so good, I wouldn't bother. As to the wait time, I have to wait at all doctors appointments anymore, but haven't had too much problem with Dr. Kenzie. I've waited far longer for Dr. Kris, which is one reason I switched. I am not disappointed. 5 star for Dr. Kenzie, zero star for the staff. read more
