WORLD AUTO IS DECEPTIVE AND DECEITFUL…read more World Auto sold a car knowing of an unsafe condition that would cost them to fix but hid it. The car's airbag light was on so they said they took it to Woodhouse Ford South to get fixed but couldn't get in, so we trusted them and purchased. A Ford dealer in Omaha found the airbag sensory had detected a collision and had to be replaced. We became suspicious and pulled out paperwork from the purchase and noticed a hand-written note had been added to the AS-IS/NO Warranty saying "The customer has been made aware of the airbag light and has assumed responsibility for all repairs needed". This had not been on the warranty prior to signing. We signed the back, but the front was hidden from us. We contacted Woodhouse Ford South where they said they brought the vehicle. We found out it had actually been in and a $1000 estimate given to World Auto. World Auto was deceitful in not revealing the handwritten warranty note and they knew of the $1,000 repair.

When we contacted Henry Motors Service, they said…read morethey would take a look at it that day, if we could have it towed to them, and give us an idea of what it needed and a rough estimate of cost. The tow took longer than expected, so they were closed when the truck got there. When we called the next morning, they already had it apart and had a good idea of what it needed. The parts were delivered the next day, and we got the truck and got on our way. They also loaned us (free) a car to drive around town for the couple days we were stranded there. Very decent folks, all of them we interacted with. They saved us when we needed a save.

I can't say enough good stuff about Benefiel. AAA+++ team! Thanks guys for the rescue.
