When we had a leaky roof at our rental property during a recent storm, Drew was recommended to us…read more I had already reached out to several others prior to calling Drew but he was the most professional. When others wouldn't come out in the rain, Drew didn't think twice about him and a co-worker coming out right away to assess the situation which put not only my mind at ease but our tenants also. It was much appreciated. Drew also followed up and answered any and all questions. The work was completed as soon as the weather cleared within the same week. Their pricing was fair and straightforward. I would recommend to anyone.

We are so glad we went with Stucco Solutions, they did great work and brought our building back to life, which wasn't an easy task as the building was in dire need of repairs. Owners Brian & Tim were always on site and available by phone for any questions. They came through with what they promised. Anyone in Brigantine knows its hard to trust contractors who either don't show up or take money and run, these guys were trustworthy and again we are very pleased. If you need any stucco work done, don't pass these guys up. Thanks again Stucco Solutions!!!

Our bathroom looks like it's out of a decorating magazine!…read more We had been looking for a contractor for about two years to remodel our poorly functioning bathroom at our shore property when a friend recommended Josh at Heron Builders. He built my friend's 4000 square foot home from the ground up---and it is beautiful. Josh was super responsive and very professional, providing us with a detailed contract that included the full scope of the work so that there would be no surprises, The time for completion of the project was a little longer than we had expected but since we don't live there through the winter months (when the work was being done) it impacted our use of the property only minimally. The bathroom he remodeled was a total gut job. We had a ridiculously large soaking tub, only one sink and a small shower. He removed the tub, installed a 92" custom vanity (done by Euroline Designe), a larger frameless shower, a custom framed mirror, new recessed lights and all new flooring. We are so pleased with how it functions now, and absolutely love the way it looks. He's a good guy with a lot of integrity who takes pride in his work...something you don't see too often nowadays.

Joe and his team did a great job suggesting design tweaks to our original ideas. The end result was a kitchen that I still think of as "new," and love cooking in every day. This spring we hired G. Sieri again to do a remodel of our bathroom: ripped out the tub to add a walk-in shower, redo cracked drywall from when we lifted our house eight years ago, and add some lights. Again, we were working with a small footprint and Joe was able to help us plan our design. At every stage of both of our remodel jobs Joe and his crew were available, responsive, and dependable. Pricing for both jobs was fair. When we have need of another remodel in the future G. Sieri Builders will be the first company we call.

His proposal was competitively priced and the quality of workmanship was superior. The project was completed on-budget and ahead of schedule. His use and selection of subcontractors was consistent with projects of this scope and size. Paul consistently appraised us of his progress (email & photos) and actively involved us in the decision making process. Paul's work passed each and every inspection the first time. One inspector even went so far as to compliment the cleanliness of the job site which also pleased my neighbors. While I recommend homeowners screen multiple builders for new construction/additions, I would strongly suggest that you include Ocean View Builders in your next project.
