Although the realty company tries to keep up, they just don't have enough people to care for this aging place. The people who live there are mostly Portuguese, Brazilians, or other kind of foreigners and rarely do you hear anyone speak English. There are lots of babies, children, no playground, litter strewn on the bushes, ciggarette butts and so on. The managers try to keep up. Rent is relatively cheap and heat is included but the rates keep going up as more people come and take advantage of the situation and the landlord then responds by charging fees. I lived there for over half a decade. I had more problems with plumbing, old air conditioner, leaky faucets, plugged sinks, crappy windows, old cabinets falling apart, mildew and finally it started raining indoors last winter. That was the last straw. Once I moved out of there I discovered I could sleep all night, and my allergies disappeared. I even got parasites while living there. If you like family noise, young people shouting at all hours of the night, partying houses in the neighborhood, and if you are Portuguese you'll love it. For the rest of us, uh, don't bother! I wish someone had warned me earlier.

Snow removal is awful and the apartment gets ice dams every winter and the apartments get water damage everytime. Repairs are awful and it shows. They claim luxury. Nothing luxurious about them. I'm older, heavier and crotchetier than most, and was wise enough to experiment with a 30 min one-on-one, led by a nimble, ethereal and gazelle-like instructor - Kora. She takes a lot of the "fear factor" out of the training, and allows for your comfort level. You sit on this hammock and perform different feats against nature, like hanging upside down like a bat. Not bad for my first time, other than my 3 belly jelly rolls had a party hanging out in opposite direction of where they normally are... CHALLENGING! It will help you build upper body strength, core and balance. In a very calming environment. If you are in to trying new things, give it a whirl (LITERALLY!). I followed up with 2 more work order and 3 phone calls to the property office with no responses from them. This is the 2nd time it has broken since moving in a year ago, I am in the industry and have never seen a property run so poorly. A good run maintenance department should be doing work orders with thin 24 to 48 hours. The grounds are always dirty with residents just throwing thing all over the place and residents not picking up after their animals. This place was nice before Graystar took over.

Welter is the Man!…read more I have an aging Buderus GB142 condensing boiler that has been having those old age boiler things happening. I had been using a local service with a monthly support agreement but recent experiences with under trained techs led me to search for someone more familiar with my boiler. After having been quoted $4,900 to repair my boiler for error codes and inaccurate pressure readings from Company A, I contacted Welter and he came in and assessed a few problems. The issues were addressed efficiently, parts were replaced, connections were repaired the boiler was deemed ready for service and the total bill amounted to less than 20% of Company A. Long story short, Welter is an experienced plumber, heating pro, with a positive attitude and excellent troubleshooting skills. Highly Recommend Welter for any heating / hot water issues.
