I had never planned a funeral before, and I was not prepared to plan my daughter's. Sarah and Anna walked me through everything gently, never rushing, always listening, and truly blessing us with their time. They made sure my daughter was home before the 4th of July, and her service was arranged beautifully and with such care. Their support gave me peace in a moment I didn't think I could even breathe through. I feel so blessed to have met Sarah, and I will forever be thankful to both her and Anna for the compassion they showed my family. They are extraordinary people doing extraordinary work, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs not only professional guidance but also genuine love and empathy in their hardest times. -Anissa Lee

I met Mr. Jim Walsh at a time when I really needed a kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable person to help me down a road I never thought I would have to travel to so soon. Mr. Walsh treated my family and I with kindness, respect, and candor. He was able to help my family and I find a way to show love and tribute to my biggest brother. Jim spoke so elequently in a way that made everyone feel at ease. I had several people come to me and say they were touched in one way or another by different portions of the service and even had people tell me "hey i really like that guy" even though they had never met him one on one. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable location with many conversation pieces and private areas for reflection. What a beautiful building and welcoming atmosphere. I really felt at ease when I showed up to the final service at the century and saw Jim was there as promised doting every I and crossing every T. His last words to family and I left us with peace and offered comfort in the worst of times. Best of all he made it all seem so effortless and made us feel like we were right where we belonged. From the moment I walked out of the door at Faulmann and Walsh after meeting Mr. Walsh for the time I felt like everything was under control and would be ok. God Bless you Mr. Walsh and thank you for making my family and feel like we were a part of yours.

The bathrooms were very clean and nicely maintained. Overall a well appointed location. Our funeral was on the small side and the one next door was very big so we ran out of parking. Might have to have people park in the nearby neighborhood if two big funerals happen at the same time. Please note they only provide coffee and have a water fountain. You should bring bottled water and snacks for your guests. The funeral next door ordered jets pizza for their guests. (cool idea!) We wished that the funeral home had an ice machine, as it was really warm and dry and everyone wanted cold water with ice. Staff were great - respectful, kind, and understanding. I can't speak for pricing, etc as I did not handle that side of things, but overall as a guest it was a very good location.
