They sent out a Homeserve guy..said he'd seen a few of these and I should have been advised of the pilling issue but it was not s manufacturing defect. Yes it was a sitting on the fabric defect. I didn't buy them to look at they are for sitting on..so right now I'm stuck with a badly pilling sofa. Buoyant said it's Clayton's problem, Clayton say Buoyant tested the fabric so it doesn't pill. So now I'm having to pay for independent testing from my own pocket. The sofa looks older than my old one I changed it for. It's so depressing and demoralising. They keep fobbing me off. Please do not trust these people they were lovely whenthey were taking my money..now theres a real issue , it's nothing to do with them When the Homeserve guy came out it was bad enough..now it's an absolute disgrace and it's 5 months old

Our previous flooring plans had been scuppered (due to the choice of travertine tiles on an overly flexilbe floor) and our builders needed an alternative quickly! I had just 2 working days to get hold of some products before having to let our builders go! I placed a small order (just less than £100) over the phone with these guys yesterday afternoon (Thursday). They assured me I should get the flooring tiles by Monday at the latest. I needn't have worried they arrived this afternoon only 24h after the order had been placed! I appreciate this service is partially down to the delivery company and the fact that I only live about 100 miles from their warehouse probably helped. Nonetheless, I was impressed and I would recommend them to anyone!
