I was just glad to get out of there.

The second day the light came on both that they were full. Something is wrong with this room for there to be two large dehumidifiers in it. The drapes in the bedroom is missing a panel so you cannot fully close it. I found some clips to try to close two pieces but it's not possible to fully close and block out light. Also we had a friendly roach living in there with us on the room the second day. Overall I like the property but would be hesitant to stay again because if they give me this room as the most expensive room I am worried what their cheaper rooms look like.

The elevators worked smoothly, which I also appreciated. Our room was great. It was already nice and cold when we arrived, smelled clean, and everything looked spotless. The shower had excellent water pressure, and I loved that they provided complimentary Dove products for the shower as well as hand soap and lotion. I'm a big fan of that brand, so that was a nice touch. The towels were also surprisingly soft, unlike the scratchy towels you sometimes get in hotels. The only complaint I have is about the breakfast. When I went down around 8:30 a.m., quite a few items were already empty and not being refilled even though breakfast didn't end until 10:00 a.m. Some of the juice flavors were empty, and several food items were out, so I didn't get to try everything. The tables in the seating area also had crumbs and were a bit sticky. Aside from the breakfast area, everything else was 10/10. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere made it a great stay.

They serve a nice breakfast too, but I did not take advantage of this as I hardly eat any breakfast. Location is nice as it is walking distance to the convention center and some of the restaurants. They have a park across the street, it was a Pokemon paradise. The downside of why it does not get a 5 star is the bathroom is quite small considering the space of the room. That is the only complaint and I am not a fan of the sliding door for the bathroom, but I know why they have it as they needed to save space.

During our stay, we had to shower with really cold water for 2 nights. We let the front desk know about this problem the first night and they didnt look into it. We complained again on the 2nd night. They tried to give us a different room, but thankfully we checked to make sure the problem would be fixed before accepting it...it was not. So the front desk offered me another room...ummmmm....if the issue is present in more than 1 room, Im pretty sure its not just the room and you have a bigger issue. They didnt check anything until I pointed this out...turns out the water boiler exploded. I wouldnt doubt if they didnt pay something like a gas bill or if they failed to maintain their boiler. The front desk staff member said she called and texted the manager but the manager wasnt answering, so my complaint went unresolved and we had to get rent a different hotel for an hour t9 take a shower with hot water. The manager never texted the employee back nor called them and we had a long trip the next day. I asked for a manager to call me and I never received a call from anyone representing that hotel. I also tried to file a complaint with Hilton Honors program. How things have changed. Hilton doesn't value their customers. I understand that this is now the culture for this chain. Based on the experience above and the fact that its been almost 3 weeks and a manager has yet to contact us, and no reimbursement was made on the stay (or even the extra money we had to spend to be able to shower), I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

The bed was soft although I thought the bedding was a little thin and felt like I was cold throughout the evening. The bathroom was clean and I loved that bright white lighting in there. It felt very sterile which is what I want in a bathroom. The shower pressure was great which is something I always look for in a hotel. Check out was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. Overall this was a great stay even though it was a quick one.
