I went in for the all you could lunch buffet. the pizza was well stocked with a variety to choose from the whole time I was there. You could also request any type of pizza you wanted for the line. Service was quick, tables were kept clean and buffet stayed stocked. Place is large open atmosphere good for large groups. Also has an arcade at back of restaurant. read more

I actually love the pizza flavor here, this is my favorite pizza BUT... I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service here. It is Oct 9, 6:00pm right now and I am STILL waiting on my pizza. I called at 5:02pm to order 1 large and they said "15-20mins" - I got here at 5:30pm and waited 10 mins to pay and they tell me at 5:40pm that it's gonna be "20 more mins". It's busy BUT NO EXCUSE. If it's busy, tell people that the wait is 1 hour - Please don't BE LYING TO CUSTOMERS. I know there are people LITERALLY dying and bigger problems in the world than this - but it's easy - I would not be upset if they had told me "it's Sunday, it's busy, it's about a 1 hour wait" and they told me it was "15- 20min wait" Anyways, I talked to the manager and he said "sorry" with no effort to repair anything. I got a nail in my tire and all I wanted to do was eat pizza. Lucky for me Peter Piper Pizza was in walking distance from the tire shop. Even luckier for me they have a buffet and they take request. The lady let me select up to 3 pizzas to add to the buffet. I requested vegetarian options which were the California veggie, mushroom, and cheese pizza. The pizza crust is their original and it's in the middle of pan and thin. It's also pretty crispy. The lunch buffet for an adult is $6.89, including a drink the total was $9.83. So much food for under $10, such a steal! You get a cool wrist band for eating at the buffet. If you make pizza request you get a pager. The staff was friendly and helpful. They kept the buffet line clean and even the dining area was clean. I really enjoyed the food and my time there. read more

If I'm being honest I'm only 12 but FREAKIN MATTEW M WAS A W. He was hooking me up with the camo band-aid. Then he helped me when the machine was bugging out. Marbach Peter piper has very bad customer service to busy talking instead of giving out orders also very rude. Ordered food my wings weren't even fully cooked my pizza was raw n cold. After getting a 2nd pizza asked for a to go box there was a large living roach in the box and I took it back and employees did nothing but throw it away they have had several roaches in there place out in public and act like everything is ok. The security just stands there doing nothing just eating while a bunch of homeless people are coming in taking food or leaving with paid orders that place is unorganized and dirty they need to shut that place down or get better people. read more

This location has improved so much since the last time I've been here. I avoided this location for about a year due to the fact of viral videos on Facebook of this location having rats running around, which is disgusting. Well I finally gave it another chance due to my past personal experience not being to great at this location I expected a not so great outcome. So the moment I walk to the door I see their Health Review with above a 90 posted on the window so right away I'm hoping for a good experience. The staff was friendly, welcomed us in. The tables and chairs were clean and there wasn't to many people. The pizza was good and came out within 15 minutes. They got new games and took some of the old ones out. The environment looked welcoming not like a hot mess which I've experienced before. The games are still very expensive, most games take 2 or 4 tokens so basically a $1 each game so in all honesty chuck e cheese is where your $ will last longer and there's way more kid friendly games. We came here during the week to play games, and we got 100 tokens for $20. My son likes the different variety of games that they have. The games range from 1 token to 4 tokens. Most games offer tickets, that can be redeemed for prizes. The game area was clean and There wasn't a large crowd as you would see on the weekend. It was an okay experience overall. The only complaint I had was, our 4 tokens got stuck while at fish bowl game, so I went over to the prize area and told the attendant-Damian. He was helping a little boy, And I said "when you finish with him...." I walked back over to the game and waited. The attendant and I were in direct eye contact with each other. Another family, not with the first little boy, walked up to the prize area, and the attendant starting helping them, for about ten minutes. So when they were done, more kids came and he started helping them. At this point I had been waiting for about 15 minutes, so I walked back to the prize area and asked him if I needed to ask for someone else or if he could call another person. He said, " I'll go but after I help them" I then said, " well I had asked before them," he rolled his eyes and sighed. He came 2 minuets later, opened the machine and reset the game - it took him 30 seconds to get to the game and 30 seconds to get back. when my son said "thank you" the attendant just walked off. He's a young kid, and I understand- but- he could have told the family, "I'll be right back," let them look and he would have been back 1 min later. read more

I went to the Peter Piper a couple days ago it was very nice, it's been around for a while but it looks nice and remodeled inside. A little play area with the slide was closed because of Covid I appreciate that because I understand that would be so dirty I wouldn't know how they could clean it. I did leave and they threw away the rest my pizza. But the manager spoke to me and said that he would give me another pizza and a dessert? Hospitality is great here! I definitely recommend. This place is disgusting as your walking towards the building you are greeted by the smelliest homeless people in the parking lot asking for change the when you get to the doors homeless people open the doors for you while asking for change if you say no they ask if you can get them something to eat .... While there is a security guy inside doing nothing standing by the door ... as I waited in line which wasn't long a homeless lady cut everyone in line and asked for a water cup and they gave it to her .. Usually love Peter piper pizza but this time I didn't have the best experience. Ordered online to go show up and my pizza is ready but not my wings. I was given my pizza but I asked to put it back so it won't get cold. So I'm waiting, and waiting, my bf calls me while he's waiting in the car asking if everything is okay. The wings finally comes out and the manager and the register tells a worker the wings are ready and she says "ANDD???" right in front of me the manager obviously annoyed asks another worker to get 5 wings for me while the other girl does nothing. Went to Peter Piper's for a kids Bday. The games and stuff were okay. The tables where other parties were going on were super close (i guess pretty par for the course). But the pizza....terrible. Well the food and service was good . The only concern I had was there seems to be a lot of either homeless or drug addicts entering the location.Which doesn't really bother me if they are customers and who am I to judge but what I noticed was that they would either buy a soda or ask for a cup of water and refill their cups . I was told when I entered that we needed to get a new cut for refills and I watched these people refilling their drinks without a new cup . I think maybe the fountain drinks need to be turned around so that they can be monitored /controlled by the workers for safe handling. Needless to say we did not get any refills today . The pizza is average and only good when it's hot and fresh. For that reason I would avoid the lunch buffet and just order a personal pizza. The pizza on the buffet sits for a while until they bring out fresh ones. The salad bar was poorly maintained, so unless you want to flag down and employee and wait for them to bring more lettuce it's not worth it. read more
