The stop at a beer garden was a great way to cap off the tour. Our tour guide Simon really made the whole experience. His personality and knowledge of Munich were perfect to explain the history of Munich in a way that was educational and entertaining. What an amazing…read moreexperience from the information Tyler and Shawn gave us along the beautiful country side on our 2 hour bus ride to our first destination were we disembarked for a ride to a nice lakeside beach. Shawn was off the dock and in the cool water first , watching over us as we dove into the lake . What a refreshing swim. Tyler was leading the bike ride on the small road back as Shawn followed bring ing up the last of us safely.Tyler also watched over us to make sure we all arrived to our fabulous lunch at the roadhouse style restaurant. They also did not charge us a cent to fix what was a minor problem but they did not have do it for free. Places like that are always great as they want your business and sometimes don't mind doing something small for free.

We had to lock the bike and just used the lock instead of the manage bike-pause option. That is seen as a new ride while we only actively end the renting at the end of the day. Now we are charged in total for €44 for 2 bikes for not even a full day. Customer support saying that when locking the bike you start a new ride and will not refund the extra charged costs
