I accepted the appointment. The staff who came out to get me and take x-rays was not welcoming or personable at all. After the x-Ray, a dental hygienist came in and introduced herself and said she was helping out dentist "name" today. I corrected her and said my scheduled appointment was with Dr. Lalor. She left and came back and said he doesn't really come to this office and isn't available. I told her that is not what the office staff told me when booking. I told her it wasn't her fault, but I was told I could select the dentist I wanted and was told the appointment would be with Dr. Lalor. I left and will not return. The way I was greeted by staff and not being truthful about being able to select the dentist I wanted to see was enough for me to go to a more professional dental clinic.

We were then charged $59 to be told they couldn't help us. Total waste of time and money. If they don't do orthodontia work there, they never should have made us an appointment. Let alone charged us to tell us they couldn't help us.
