Little did I know, the court did not accept the papers, and stated the process server didn't do or fill out the papers correctly. So, immediately after, I contacted Statewide Process Servers, sent them pictures of the court letter, and asked for a refund. I received a very rude email back stating it was my fault, and I was acting on my own behalf as my own attorney, so they weren't issuing any refund. Then I sent another request, asking if they would simply reserve the other party or correct the papers to satisfy the court. They haven't responded and it's been a while, so that must be a "no "as well. I don't think they do good business or are ethical.
