I also had my teeth cleaned and some fillings put in, her gentle and precise technique ensured I was not in any discomfort. Lynette is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions and concerns I had. They were even able to take photos of my teeth (the molars at the back) and show me what work needed to be done, this was awesome as I could actually see the difference in what she had done to fix my teeth! The clinic was extremely hygienic and I especially enjoyed the rainforest wallpaper which I appreciated while my teeth were being cleaned. If you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend this practice as Lynettes experience, knowledge and passion towards her work is remarkably apparent.

I was looking at a consultation with a dental surgeon and waiting for a day surgery visit with full anesthetic. As the tooth was beyond repair it was not practical to any temporary fix. So understandably it was continuing to get more painful. I called dr Andrei yesterday to discuss my options. He called me back 2 hours later and offered to take the tooth out on Sunday. He gave me very detailed information on the possible outcomes but gave me confidence that all should go well. So my now broken tooth is gone. The entire process took less than 1 1/2 hrs. Andrei explained every step of the process and even took photos for me to see (im sure this is optional :)). I had a some pain when the locals stops working but after some forte and a few hrs rest I am feeling much better. Hopefully this review will help someone else in a similar position. Thank so much. I still shake my head in disbelief when I walk past this dentists. I went there some years ago for…read morea check-up. It's a swish practice, expensive furnishings and gorgeous smiles from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out...in my case in shock. I was eased gently through the process. A peer in here. An X-ray there. "Ah yes, a few fillings needed. I'll just write up a treatment plan." It was at this point my eyes left my body in the style of Roadrunner. Nearly $6,000 worth of recommended treatment! I was told that my health fund would contribute to some of the cost but unfortunately this turned out to be at the bare minimum. I quivered with fear. What about dentures? Can I just get rid of them all?! I ended up paying several hundred dollars for the initial consultation, x-rays and clean. I still wonder if other patients happily pay that amount or if it wasn't just a bad dream. I certainly couldn't afford their proposed plan and ended up getting my teeth treated by HCF for a measly $95 out of pocket! Granted I didn't get a complimentary apple in reception or get to watch a plasma tv whilst I reclined but given the savings I could install my own TV on the ceiling at home and have an apple a day for many years to come. Sorry but I won't be helping contribute to the boat featured in their branding!
