Very basic and simplistic treatment while displaying an indifferent attitude. I switched to the Saratoga Physical Therapy Center at 5 Care Lane and it was like night and day. The staff was professional and courteous and performed treatment on my ankle and Thigh muscles including ultra sound and a blood circulation machine to get the swelling down as well as performed strengthening excercises that were much more comprehensive than what I was given at 6 Care lane.

When I called today to reschedule my husbands appointment, two weeks in advance due to a change in his work schedule, Darlene couldn't reschedule, had to speak to someone first. I guess that someone was Frank, the Dr's husband. Frank, with his big attitude, started the conversation telling me he couldn't speak to me going forward due to HIPPA laws. He will not speak to me. The office had no problem previously when scheduling this appointment. He then told me they normally don't reschedule anyone who cancels but he'll do it for me just this once. I explained about the work schedule conflict, how I've given sufficient notice and wasn't looking for an appointment right away. His response was how busy their office is and can't accommodate people's schedules! The same man who called me 2 days before my appointment and asked me to accommodate them by changing my appointment to an earlier time for their schedule! After suggesting that we might try to work together as patient and provider's normal do I was told it doesn't work that way in their busy office. He also suggested I cancel my follow up appointment since I didn't like their office policy's. All this nonsense just to reschedule an appointment. They sic their bully on you for daring to reschedule an appointment! At this point I cancelled my husbands appointment and will look for a new dentist. I have also seen several comments on here regarding this man's rude and obnoxious behavior. Dr. Rademacher, why do you allow your patients to be subjected to this bullying by your husband? Or maybe that's exactly what you want? I'm glad I saw right away what an extremely unprofessional dental practice this really is. She said the dentures fit perfectly-no need to reline them. She noticed a tiny sore on my gums/ compared it to my dentures/saw the issue/gently filed down the cause of the sore/what a difference!! Turns out that was not the case as it was limited to an EKG, which was performed by a person reading from a manual. Office manager apologized as they have new people. In a later conversation the next day, the doctor also apologized while offering me the same excuse though refusing to order the tests from an outside provider saying I should go back to the surgeon, who himself advised me to have my provider perform them. Today I received a call from Family Medicine of Malta with the results of my lab (blood) testing. I never had blood work done there! They confused someone's blood with me, who never had any blood drawn. Oh My!
