Peter B helped me purchase a short sale listing in La Costa and handled the sale of the same property three years later. A profit was made which is always a good thing! We had some issues with the parking space that went with our unit and he handled getting that straightened out through the HOA. He had our carpets cleaned, a new water heater installed and handled a myriad of details which needed to be done to close the sale. In 2005, Peter B told me about a home for sale in Encinitas with a work shop and had 1 1/3 acres. I was excited to see it and told Peter let's get this together and make it work. I wanted to use a free and clear golf course property in the desert as part of the down payment so I took Peter B to play golf in the desert. He took videos and photos of this property. When we got back he flew to Reno to meet with the owners (he was listing agent and our agent). He drove 3 hours in the snow to get there.
