Unfortunately, I have to write this review to express my disappointment in Diana's service. My…read moreparents have been clients for many many years, unfortunately the customer service declined when her father retired. Pros: because we all know everyone has pros. Diana is very good at what she does, she is very knowledgeable and helpful when needed. Cons: for many years now she lacks customer service. We live about 2 hours away and on numerous occasions have travelled to meet with her only to find out she isn't at her office or comes in late (hours late). In an effort to save some of our time we schedule appts at a later time, and again she is over an hour late or doesn't come in at all. (Note: this is ALL for scheduled appts) I too am in the helping field and I know how crucial it is to be mindful and considerate of other people's time. At this point my family and I feel disappointed and frankly disrespected. We have been returning clients for over 30 years, the fees are on the higher end, which we continue to pay without hesitance as we are pleased with the quality of work; however, we would like to be treated with more respect.

The women helping me had a very bad tone/attitude when i was trying to explain my situation to her which was not so friendly of her at all. Also I was being charged over $400 for i don't know what reason. As i was walking out i saw the owner and I expressed the fact that the prices were insane this time so their for i was not going to file with him and he did not care one bit and told me that "it was fine".
