I called Bourbon plumbing regarding some outside faucet work that was going to involve cutting into…read morewalls according to other quotes that I had received. In other words, there was going to be more than just replacing the faucets. They were loose inside the walls and had become detached and needed to be replaced and reattached inside the wall. The receptionist at Bourbon plumbing was pleasant enough, but when I asked if somebody could come out and give us a quote or estimate on the job, her response was it was $95 an hour, and it would just be a service call. Two other plumbing businesses are going to give us an estimate. We have no idea how long it's going to take for them to do the construction work inside the wall and what all it's going to take, because this is an old house. I saw the great reviews for bourbon plumbing and was hoping that we might use them because of the quality of their work. Evidently they're doing so well, that they don't have time for estimates or extra business. Congratulations. Needless to say they may have done the best work, but we will never know
