Most recently Lindsay did a good job bathing and grooming him while also keeping me updated. Other than that the buying experience is usually no complaints as there's good variety of things we may need. Only negatives are sometimes checkout POS's go down, the buildings a bit run down as it's older, and the fish/bird section just seems so sad with some clinging on to life.

We have been bringing our dog here for grooming for the past 14 months, solely because our groomer,…read moreJada, always did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the management and corporate policies have forced us to find a new salon. During her last couple of visits, our dog accidentally peed by the register upon pickup. Instead of being understanding, the staff simply pointed to the cleaning spray and paper towels and told me to clean it up, not too big of a deal. On her last visit, the grooming took over six hours. When I asked if the dogs are given bathroom breaks during such long stays, I was told it is against corporate policy. Concerned for the well-being of the animals, I called corporate to politely suggest they reconsider this policy for pets left there for extended periods. Instead of taking the feedback, Petco chose to retaliate. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment today, Jada had to inform us that corporate had canceled our appointment and blacklisted our dog from being groomed because they "weren't comfortable" anymore and feared "other issues could arise." It is deeply disappointing that a massive pet care company would ban a loyal customer simply for questioning a policy that keeps dogs crated for six hours without a bathroom break. If they are this defensive over a basic question about animal welfare, it makes you wonder what else they are trying to hide. Take your pets elsewhere.

Honestly not great experience…read more Everytime I pick up my dog he poops everywhere which concerns me because, are they walking him at all or does he sit in his kennel most of the time? He's incredibly anxious at pick up and panting the entire ride home. Does he get enough exercise? I wouldn't know because to inquire about his day it's an extra 10 dollar fee. The groomer never gave him a bath, only got half of his body bathed but my dog wouldn't let them do his underside, butt or let them touch his paws so they stopped the bath. If a service isn't being done completely why would I still get charged? Y'all could be more transparent with your pricing so people aren't blindsided with things on pickup.

As he got older, you adjusted and were gentler with him, and we always appreciated that. When we were planning a trip and looking at boarding, you were patient with all of our questions. Kevin came in for his trial stay, and even if it meant extra work, you never let on:) You know how to run a business, and you know how to treat people. That meant a lot to us. Kevin was a day away from his 17th birthday, and you cared for him for most of it. From our family to all of you and yours, thank you for everything. Witwer Family

I would have been far more understanding had I received a phone call about the injury instead of being surprised. My puppy had to have been like that for a long time considering the eye swelling, drainage, and pawing at it. Then, hours later, when the owner contacted my husband she tried to pin the blame on "puppies will play" and blame us for accusing her staff as being inadequate. Very defensive and non-apologetic. I would much rather trust a larger, more established business than attempt to return here.
