When she started grooming my parents' dog, she asked lots of questions to make sure he turned out exactly the way they wanted. Kendra is very committed to her profession. She keeps up on grooming trends and works to improve her skills. I read online that she does some amazing de-shedding treatments, now. You really couldn't ask for a better groomer. I wish I could find someone half as good now that I've moved away from the 'burg!

He told me he would give me a receipt. He Never Did!!! At the 2nd arranged session, he called me and rescheduled it because of some conflict. I agreed. When he did arrive, his wife was with him, no problem with me but she Supposedly fell in love with the pup and wanted her, so on the 3rd scheduled session, which he rearranged for some reason. When he arrived 2 days later he told me that She really wanted that pup which was 4-5 months old at that time, Because it was so difficult for me to handle her because of my disabilities and age, and that I needed a smaller more docile dog, I agreed she could have the dog. I freely gave them the puppy. He told me that he would refund me the $500.00 AND train the next dog I chose for free. He has made NO EFFORT to refund the CASH MONEY I paid him at the 1st session! I believed in him then. Since he has made NO EFFORT to refund the $500, will not answer the calls or texts, in my opinion he is as stated at the beginning, A lying cheat, a thief and a fake fraud!!!!!!! We were blessed with the best dog in the world- loyal, smart, loving and sweet, a great watchdog and my best friend. We adopted a young cat from a shelter in 2016 who is also mourning the loss of her bestie! We were so happy with our dog Clara that we are now eagerly anticipating bringing our new puppy home from Kelly next week. Clara did develop various health concerns over the years which were resolved with proper treatment- mostly things which were age related and breed specific. I chose physical therapy over surgery and naturopathic remedies whenever possible. My heart goes out to the family whose dog developed seizures. Our kittie Minnie has developed focal seizures and it is very distressing to say the least- and she was totally healthy up until the focal seizures started in early March. But we are exploring every possible holistic treatment option to help minimize the frequency and intensity. People get sick and so do pets. My worry was that our cat was affected by toxins sprayed by our exterminator. But its tough to find a cause for such things. I grew up with an Irish Setter named Rusty who died suddenly at the young age of 7 from a condition called Bloat. But he came from a top breeder and had great parents.
