I was a bit nervous to see what groomers were out there, but I saw that this place had excellent reviews and in this case, it was an emergency I had found a tick on my dog and wanted to make sure that we took precautions got him groomed and treated. I called the puppy parlor and right away. They booked me for the first availability that they had the same day. It was a miracle and I was so grateful to be able to get a spot. They were very professional and thorough. They asked me questions about the dog. If I had any concerns, they listed the pricing over the phone of their services so I had an idea before walking in once I got off the phone they sent me a confirmation text and a form to fill out that was super easy to do any additional questions that I had the team was on and super quick to respond and pass along any messages I have for the groomer. When I got to the location to drop off Jack, they were very friendly super quick with checking us in the groomer came out and she was amazing. She made sure to introduce herself to Jack. She went over any concerns that I had or that she has regarding the grooming, great communication skills overall, and I'd love that she made sure that my dog felt safe with her before she took him. She even got to ground-level to introduce herself once I dropped off Jack. They let me know that they would call me and then I can go pick them up. They sent me a text once he was ready and I went to go pick up Jack once I got inside they immediately brought him out and he looked amazing. He was clean. He was happy which is overall the best thing that I can expect he didn't seem scared or skittish he seemed confident and a happy pup. The grooming came out. Perfect he smelled amazing his nails and everything was done perfect perfectly. I am thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be coming back for our regular grooming. I was fired after there was a minor accident with the puppies paw pad (taking accountability.) I did nick a little of the paw pad-however that is so common and almost always happens (but of course I still felt horrible about it)(and to be honest, she would have never known if I didn't out immediately)...however, when I told her after I spoke she reacted irrationally- accused me over and over of using scissors, even called me a liar!...-and I did NOT have scissors out AT ALL or around me! I was commuting over an hour to get back-and-forth to FUR BABIES and was Ubering- SHE RIPPED THE DOG OFF THE TABLE, AGGRESSIVELY, then told me to leave immediately!- she was also telling me that I was not allowed to carry out my own belonging-trying to insinuate that I was going to try to take something of hers? so in the time I worked there I had spent $140 on transportation -she is ghost !- I sent her a text the following day after I was fired, asking her how she was going to be paying me-no response.. I went in there in person two times and she wasn't in the shop not to mention she asked me for some ofmy own personal prescription of Adderall and told me that she was willing to pay for them I was willing to go above and beyond to help her because she can't get any groomer to stay and it makes sense now also, anybody who uses her for grooms nothing works right or is properly cleaned-she charges extra for what everybody else includes in the cost of a groom... I was surprised after giving my dog a bath I went to towel dry hiim- i couuldnt believe all the towels smell like cat urine so after the puppies get their bath and then you rub dirty towels all over their clean, smelling good coat, it smells like VERY STRONG cat pee immediately and it doesn't go away. I offered to take her towels home to wash them and she said no! I don't know how long she was going between washes because the washing machine was broke then she would just hang them to air dryshe was bragging on all the extras she charges for and how expensive one of the most cheap grooms are compared to anywhere else... as a pet owner , I would never let this woman anywhere near my animal. I am a true animal lover-her hostility is overwhelming and her care for your pet is nothing but money to her the whole time I was there she was either smoking a cigarette or going to McDonald's so I did all her work and paid all the money to get there and home and no payment of any kind. It's the principal.

We're in town visiting and had a windshield full of insect carcasses from the drive. Shelia, who was working the entrance, walked me through the options and how everything (coffee bar, wash, vacuum) worked. It was such a fun experience and the car came out SPOTLESS! After the wash, I stopped briefly at the vacuuming station, but noticed there were separate detailing stations available. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely consider a membership.

It's 5/23/26. We had to upgrade to a new plan to get all the dried soap off. And then they still charged me an additional $5.00. It should have been free considering they just sold me the plan a few days ago. I am not happy! 45 minutes of my day wasted and 21.99 spent for nothing.
