I am very upset with the store in Findlay, Oh. The person who maintains the fish there is a complete idiot! Everything I have purchased from that location has died. The first one was a really pretty dark purple/blue fish costing me $15 it died in 2 days. The second was a blue damsel died in 24 hours. The third was a lobster costing $21 died within minutes. The fourth one was a domino damsel died in 2 days. After purchasing the domino damsel my clownfish i had for 3 months ended up with a parasite on him and he too died!! Even after I treated my clown with items your tech suggested he still died. This is crap and your company is all about business not about the welfare of the animals you are selling. The tanks there are not properly taken care of and all this added bateria thats added to the tanks only causes more parasite breeding. I did notice there were dead fish floating in some of the tanks and the tech just overlooked them and said the hermit crabs will clean them up! REALLY!! Anything dead in a tank is harmful I don't care how many hermit crabs you have in there to clean it up because your tech is too lazy to fish them out. How pathetic! I also bought live rock and would you know it contained bristle worms which are killers to the tank I have. This is one of the worst places to purchase any marine life from. I am out over $100 in fish and invertebrates because of the way your tech treats feeds and cares for the marine life in your location. Now before you say something is wrong with my tank and its water I have had my water tested by 2 other marine life places and all of my levels are right on the money including the salinity in the tank. I feed them properly and do as I am supposed too. Something needs to be done about this. read more

I use the Paws-O-Matic self - serve dog bath in the back of the store frequently. For $7 or $8 you can give your dog a bath and not have to worry about the dog fur clogging up your home drain. They have shampoos, conditioners, and even a dryer for you to use on your furry friend. They have the tubs come in all sizes and assistant steps so your dog can walk right into the tub (that's a trick in itself to perform if your dog doesn't cooperate.) Our dog Kingston is a part chow/part black lab and fits comfortably in the larger size dog tub. He freaks out at first but then relaxes. They provide plastic smocks for you so you don't get wet and towels as well shall you need them. The reason for only 3 stars is you have to wait if the tub is in use which can take up to a half hour so keep that in mind. read more
