I reached out to this company for a quote on grooming (as their website suggests) and was told that they are not accepting new customers for full body haircuts. So, they are a no appointment needed, walk in pet service and they advertise that on their website, but they only keep spots available for certain customers for full body grooming. Ridiculous. Website needs to advertise exactly what is offered. The website advertises "no appointments" and "we serve everybody". This obviously isn't the case!! When I mentioned that I would just take my business elsewhere they replied with "I agree you would be happier elsewhere" what a way to run a business and treat customers! After reading the reviews here on YELP I'm glad I didn't take my dog in to be groomed and it seems the owner is rude to everyone and mistreats the animals. SAD read more

After paying $130, a whopping $65 an hour, the woman who groomed my two Shih Tzu's told me not to ever bring them back. She said, maybe if I had brought them more often that they would be more use to a grooming. I would bring them to get clipped more often if it didn't cost $130! Also, if someone is willing to pay you that kind of money for you to groom their pet, I would think you would have the decency as a business owner to include politeness and manners in with your service. read more

I have been taking my three dogs to Sandy for many years. She and her staff are top notch!!! I have three small dogs, they are uneasy with the VET trimming there nails. Rendoggies makes it look easy, and the dogs are relaxed. Ten minutes and we are in and out, with almost no waiting. Sandy and the other girls are super nice and always fun to talk to. If you have a dog you owe it to them and yourself to vist Rendoggies. They are at Pet Supplies every weekend. I absolutely loved this! The girls were super great with my dog and she loved the girls! She had a horrible case of fleas and now she's flea free and happy as can be. I recommend this to everyone! I would like to thank you for your advice, it certainly is a testament to your business practice and attitude to your customers. Is the snarky tone in your comment due to the fact that I did not accept your offer of a $95 dollar refund? Interesting since you charged me $125 for the hack job you performed on my dog. Maybe the other $30 is your fee for advising me to groom my own animal? The money is of no consequence, the bottom line is you returned my animal to me with a groom that looked like it was done with a weed eater. Not to mention the wonderful bedside manner that you displayed while scalping my dog. I would also like to thank you for that embarrassment, it was a small embarrassment but complaining to other customers about how horrible my dog is in front of me is at the least uncomfortable which is something that I am not accustomed to paying for. Now I could understand some of this if my dog was actually a problem but the fact is since the memorable experience with your company I have had her groomed twice by Paw Prints in Leipsic Ohio. I'm sure that this will come as a surprise to you but they told me she is one of their best customers, calm, stands still and is very patient. The only "Problem" they have with her is that she tries to lick them a lot. Bad Dog! And would you believe that they Wash, Groom, Sanitary cut, Trim nails, remove inner ear hair and trim her muzzle all for $60? And they do a wonderful job and are very nice and courteous to the dog and Me! Certainly a great deal packed with value and worth the short drive to Leipsic. I have a little advice for you, The Customer is Always Right! And if you can't live with that one then at least admit when you've made a mistake. Don't worry, I won't charge you a dime for that one, it's on the house! Making snide comments in response to a negative review is bad business. And certainly provokes a response such as this one. Not to worry, keep my money, sharpen your trimmers or pick up some remedial grooming courses with it. But do yourself a favor, find somewhere in yourself a pleasant attitude and a shred of humility and maybe this will not happen to another one of your victims, sorry, I meant customers. I bring my 2 dogs regularly for nail trims and have done so for the last 5 or 6 years. The service has always been fast and friendly to both me and my dogs. Very convenient also. I will be continuing to bring them on weekends for their nail trims read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. This was a HORRIBLE establishment! Actually only one person was horrible, the boss. An older woman who seems to have no love for animals. She constantly yells, yanks dogs by their collars, cuts nails way too short, and constantly brings down her employees. I brought my dog in a couple weeks ago and a younger woman came over with the boss. This boss told me she was new and wasn't very good. However, she was excellent! The only problem was that my dog was scared to get on the table and kept backing away. The younger woman was bending down to let me dog feel more comfortable by letting him smell her, but the boss started yelling at her to just grab him. This younger woman became very embarrassed, but she was not doing anything wrong! I stayed the whole time my dog was getting groomed because I got a little nervous when I saw how this lady acted. While sitting there, a dog came in for a nail trim. She got it up on the table and grabbed its leg, pulled it all the way to the side, and when the dog tried to reposition it the boss would scream at the top of her lungs. You could tell this bothered the owner of the dog very much and I do not blame her. A person who seems so unhappy with her work and who seems to dislike animals should really quit. When my dog was done, the owner gave me a bunch of sass and sarcastic comments about how I am not fully taking care of my dog and that I should drug him if I want to bring him back. I asked why I needed to drug him because he was good the whole time and her reason was that he kept moving his feet. All dogs move and she should just get used to it and learn how to work with them! All the other workers did not seem to have a problem and absolutely adored him. Plus, it was an outrageous price for a small business that says they have low prices. The boss was the only part of this business that was bad. The employees were helpful and filled with a love for animals. My dog's haircut was beautiful and he was so soft. However, I would not recommend anyone goes here! The very high prices and the sarcastic, rude, unhappy boss just make this place very unpleasant for everyone including your pets. read more
