The nurses were so lovely to him (he was very scared!) and really seem to love animals. I am a complete over-sentimental mess when it comes to my pets and usually hate being parted from them, but I felt happy leaving him with these guys. On a more practical note, the prices aren't too bad (certainly no worse than any other London vet I've encountered) and everything was carried out with minimal fuss no waiting around at all. I still struggle because I wasn't with her when she needed me and was scared, I never got to say goodbye. You rushed her off so quickly and couldn't wait to get me out of the door and all I remember were her frightened eyes. My gut told me I shouldn't have left her and I wish I hadn't. You didn't even call untill she had been gone for 40 mins. I could have rushed in to be with her.

I've heard so many stories of them trying to rip customers off and they showed there true colours. Took my dog there showing signs of infection and they tried to force us into a stomach operation and to run test for a swollen organ or growth in his stomach. We refused to leave him at the practice to run these tests asking if we could treat the infection and give him pain relief has they wanted £2000 for the pleasure. They refused to give us any medication for the infection and we had to take him to the hospital for treatment for the infection. Avoid this place at all costs they show no care for your pets just want to rip you off and make as much money as possible.

The other vet I would recommend is William Lewis at Orchid vets, another man I trust to give me a straight answer about my pets.
