You would have thought this was Dr. Schoenherr's pet with all the patience, love, and Gentle words she said. It was such a beautiful release of Nosey Rosey's spirit, I can only wish my time would be the same. Dr. Schoenherr sat next to me and fed Rosey some chocolate to eat on her way to her long forever sleep. Dr. Schoenherr told me that everyone should leave with a sweet taste in their mouth. I looked up vets on Yelp to check websites. When I called here instead of an answering machine, a real person picked up the phone. After listening to me, she agreed that Oscar needed to be seen quickly. I couldn't bring him that afternoon because of work so I got the first appointment after work which was just 2 days. I knew he would make it that far. I brought him in and the care was for both of us. After the vet checked him, she agreed that it was time. He had a mass in the tummy area. I knew it was time when he didn't fight getting in the carrier and was quiet on the ride unlike 6 weeks ago when I had to move him to the new place. Since I had given shots to cats before I told them they didn't have to take him out of the room to give the shot to relax him so the IV could be placed. I was able to talk and pet him until he was relaxed. After taking him out to do that, he was brought back in wrapped in a soft towel so I could hold him. I was giving all the time I needed. The price was very reasonable. They didn't mind me using Pet Passages for the cremation and he could stay there until they picked him up that evening. Plenty of parking and evening hours make it convenient. Since I adopted a 17 year old cat, I will be using here for my vet.

I had a Pomeranian that passed away a few years ago and remember some of the awful fur-cuts he had and how difficult it is to find a good groomer. I called a few places and had no luck getting them both in, so when they could take them right away I was skeptical. Right when we walked in, I knew they were going to be well taken care of. It was a very friendly welcoming atmosphere. They did a thorough consultation and explained in detail what they were going to do. I just wanted a nice cleanup cut and not have them shaved because every place I took my old Pomeranian, they would shave him leaving him looking all blotchy & spotty even when I requested they not shave him. When I came to pick them up I was extremely happy with the outcome. They cut their fur in a beautiful shape that went perfectly to their body shapes. It was exactly what I wanted and even better. Vivian explained everything her and Ashley did and gave me tips on grooming them at home. She educated me on how to keep their skin moisturized, fur conditioned & shiny and how to properly remove the dreadlocks that form behind their ears. My dogs were both calm relaxed and happily walking around Muddy Paws knowing they looked great. I highly recommend going there to have your dogs groomed.

We brought our puppy that has never been groomed before and she was being quite difficult, so they suggested we bring her back in a few days later so she can get more used to the setting and the clippers etc., and we really appreciated the thoughtful way they handled that. We have taken our dog Zoey for grooming for a few years. This last year we have had a number of…read moreissues. Biggest one is (apparently) shampoo or other chemical in her eyes. This time has been the worse. Both eyes flame red, watering and she prefers to lay with her eyes closed. She can see when she walks, but who knows how well! We have put drops in her eyes which has helped. Last two times it took a couple days for Zoey to stop rubbing her eyes. That was one eye each time. This time it's both. We will be at our vet if this is not continually improving the next 24 hours. One time is an oops, multiple times is incompetence. We will not be returning to Posh Pets grooming any longer. We will be at our vets on Monday to insure Zoey is OK. Absolutely no longer recommend this groomer!

I was a long-time customer, yet they took a pre-charge of $100 for a routine dental scaling. Watch out for their billing. They'll charge you up front for fecal tests. A nickel here, a dime there. The clinic smells bad, and it's dirty. That's always been true, but I was loyal so I forgave it. Go somewhere else! I did, finally. I'm full of regret and remorse for my poor dog.
