I've been a customer of Pet Pavilion for several years, initially I went to them because I'm local and I needed some dog food, so decided to give them a punt despite the largely negative rumours. It tends to be quite busy in the shop whenever I've been in so I prefer to buy online, however I do like the fact that I can walk into the store and be greeted by name, as well as them asking about the dog. I've seen other reviews about PP in the past and to be honest I don't know anything beyond my own experiences, which have always been positive. I had a delivery problem once but that was down to the courier so I can't really fault them for it. I've heard that plenty of celebrities shop here too so they can't be that bad. If you're nearby and haven't been into the shop before, it's definitely worth having a look. read more

Sue has been grooming by two Miniature Schnauzers for the best part of ten years. Having had some very peculiar end results in other nearby pet emporiums, it was wonderful to find a true professional who does her job so brilliantly. Sue takes Brewtser and Monty, who are admittedly rather scruffy by the time I take them in, and transforms them into magnificent specimens of their kind! Not only this, but they actually seem to enjoy the process. When we are getting close to the Pet Pav, they start pulling on their leads to get there. What more can I say!? Thank you Sue, you are a star. PLEASE don't ever leave....... The other staff at the Pet Pav are also always incredibly kind and helpful and go the extra mile to find specific products. Pet Pavilion in Farmer's Market is a wonderful place. There is a much better selection of pet foods and accessories than in supermarkets and the brands (Origen, Acana, Burns and others) are as good as it gets. It is almost inevitable that prices in a Chelsea shop are quite high and I must admit that the internet is a better option if you are looking for the same brands, but cheaper. Yet I like to be able to touch the products I buy and I do love pet shops and the people who work there. Since they closed down the pet shop in Harrods, this is the best pet shop I've seen in central London. NB I also don't get the impression that Pet Pavilion are really overcharging for their products, like some other shops seem to do. read more

When I first got my puppy Coco (Shih-tzu) the young gentleman that helped me was so informative with his advice, I was so unsure but he guided me to exactly what I needed! I've been going to this shop ever since, and the staff is always lovely and helpful, they helped us to find the perfect diet for Coco, treats that agree with her stomach... I recently got Coco her first groom, I was so nervous (and so was she) but I couldn't have been more pleased with the results, the groomer really listened to what I wanted and Coco has never looked better. I'm always recommending them at the park, I won't take Coco anywhere else. read more

I recently just moved back to Toronto after spending the last five months abroad in London. I brought my dog with me, and was a bit concerned that I wouldn't be able to find my dog's food brand in a shop near to me. Luckily, Pet pavilion carried Orijen, which is the food brand that we've been keeping Stella on, and it seems to be one of the only brands she will eat. While living in London we took also started taking our dog to pet pavilion for their grooming services, and we were very happy with the results. I have been going to Pet Pavilion in Chelsea for a few years now and every time it's a good time for me and for my dogs. Professional and friendly staff make every visit a fun experience. The dogs get spoilt and are always excited for their next trip there. Their grooming service is excellent, the dogs are relaxed and happy when I pick them up and they come back in great condition. We have just purchased our first puppy and took her to pet pavilion in Wimbledon to buy the essentials. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. I learnt a lot about dog nutrition. The lady serving us told me everything I needed to know without any pressure to buy their products. She even recommended I buy a small pack to start with in case the puppy did not like the food. They also explained why it's better for to use a harness for the puppy and they had a great range to choose from. My daughter loves going in to the shop and chat to the staff. Had my Husky Pomeranian groomed here on a whim as my usual groomer wasn't available for a short while and I have to say I will never go back to him again. Pet Pavilion were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and professional and Archie was well looked after too! He came back to me smiling and gorgeous. Could not recommend this place enough! read more

The Pet Pavilion definitely deserves a 5 star. It was the first time I took my Pomeranian or a groom. He was a bit stressed but the staff were so friendly with him he loved them. We left him and he was ready in 1 hour. I got to say he was so happy and pleased and his hair cut was amazing. One last thing the prices are really reasonable. read more

I remember the sunday I went to get stuff for my puppy. The staff was pretty busy -just 2 guys- but they took their time to give us the best advises. This people really know what they are talking about as is their business but never sell you bad quality items or things you won't ever use. Just waiting to take Bibo for a bath. Worth it! read more

I have been using Pet Pavilions dog grooming and dog walking services for the last 8 months and am absolutely delighted with the quality and service. I have two miniature schnauzers and they look amazing when I collect them from the store. the staff are always really helpful and I couldn't think of a better place to take my babies. read more

It is a great shame the farmers market is under threat as this store is a hidden Chelsea gem - the employees are great and the products are an excellent quality. I don't know anyone who doesn't use PP for their pets, definitely recommend for the personal touch - it is abundantly clear that the staff care about what they do. read more

I take my dog to Pet Pavilion all the time and he loves it there. The groomers are very caring and offer a great service, they take time and care to make sure they do a proper job and make my dog's coat look wonderful! Would definitely recommend to other pet owners. read more
