They always do full grooming, and the dog always looks fantastic when they are done! My husband and I just decided to give them a try. Our german shepherd mix hates getting his nails clipped (it took 5 people at the last vet we took him to - stores like PetSmart can't handle him). The staff at Pampered Pets got all of his nails clipped in under 10 minutes, and our dog loved the owner. Best part? The price was beyond reasonable - only $5! Highly recommend this place to anybody!

Anxious dog or difficult traveling to salon - this is your answer. Our 5 year old, 70lb Golden…read moreRetriever Sonny, grew increasingly anxious for trips to the groomer to the point he laid down in the middle of a busy parking lot and refused to move. I learned about Furry Land on a fb neighborhood group. We have used their services for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. Appointments are easy to make online and communication via text messages are convenient. The mobile salon van arrives on time and the groomers are all so nice, professional and caring. This time Grace traveled to us in the frigid Temps (when all the schools are closed type of cold) and greeted us with a smile. She took time to talk to me about Sonny and the plan for the grooming service. She listened and gave Sonny pets and attention before taking him to the van. With Sonny right out front in the van I had less anxiety too and no time traveling to drop him off or pick him up as he was right there. I went about my weekend chores while Sonny got washed and trimmed. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes Sonny and Grace returned and He was still anxious and excited but no car ride to extend his anxiety, I was able to comfort him immediately. While we talking about how the service went and finishing up, Sonny had a little bleeding from his front nail and Grace noticed it and went into action. She examined his paw then ran out to bring in the quick clot and apply. The bleeding stopped right away. Grace reassured us that the bleeding was likely increased due to his anxiety and pressure being up, it would heal and it did. Sonny looked like himself again! No more Grinch Paws and his fur was shiny and soft. Our fluff ball was back. The full service costs about $25-30 more than our previous groomer but it is well worth it for us. Honestly without this option I don't know what we will do so I hope they continue this awesome service for all the pets like our Sonny. Besides all the convenience, I have to say how thankful we are for the great staff! These people are truly all incredible with such sweet personalities that make us feel very comfortable- big big Thank you Grace and team.

Both Melissa and Nick have done phenomenal jobs on her and I am most impressed by how the management communicates! I am VERY particular about the quality of care for every member of my family and do not compromise. Furryland Land exceeds all of my expectations.

I had a 10:00 AM appointment and dropped my dogs off, asking if I had time to run errands. I was…read moretold it would be a couple of hours. At 11:45, they texted that the dogs were done. I replied that I was getting lab work done and would be there as soon as I could, around 12:45. Shortly before 1:00, they texted saying if I wasn't there by then, there would be a $34 charge. Not once when I dropped them off--nor when I asked about running errands or was told the dogs were finished--was I informed of this "policy." I've never signed anything agreeing to it. Please be warned: if you use this business, stand there and wait or risk being charged extra without prior notice. When I picked my dogs up, they were visibly shaking and terrified. For their safety and your peace of mind, I recommend being present and observant during your pet's time here.

I was traveling to a Wedding in Kiel, WI from Detroit MI with my retired police K9 Partner/MICKY…read more I needed a place to board MICKY for a couple days and also to give him the full "Doggie Spa" treatment. Needless to say as a veteran 18 year police K9 Handler, I am very picky and want only the best for my ol' partner, a 16 year old large Black Labrador/MICKY. I needed a place that is patient and kind to this old guy, who served me well searching for explosive odor at DTW Airport back in the day (2014-2018). Anyway, upon arrival I was greeted by hands-on Lucky Paws Owner/Stephine and she and her Team greeted Big MICKY with open arms. I could not have picked a better place for MICKY to stay at. Not only to stay at but be groomed at too. The bottom line, everyone I saw working at Lucky Paws had genuine kindness and a true sense of caring for not only MICKY but for every animal and owner that came into the store. I left there Friday morning knowing MICKY was in the best of hands. When I picked MICKY up Sunday morning, he was in great shape, spirits, and looked and smelled great. As far as cost, it's was money well worth spending for the outstanding services provided by Lucky Paws. This place is a no brainer, if you love your pet and you need boarding, grooming, and good piece of mind that your pet is in the best of care, Lucky Paws is the clear choice to house your pet. As a former Governor of California once said,"I'LL BE BACK!"...and I'll be back too .....to Lucky Paws in Two Rivers, WI when I come back for a Lions vs. Packers weekend.
