Our pups have been to numerous daycare facilities throughout the southern and northern Pacific Western states. RR is definitely top notch by far. If we lived in this area it would be without question to enroll our pups (they're out of control yappers (our fault)). Daanaka was so personable and professional each day we picked them up. We heard about R&R and decided to give it a try for boarding. The company was flexible with drop-off times (due to a typical Duluth snowstorm), saving us a huge headache. At pick-up, Sarah, a trainer, was able to tell us how our two dogs did, and even what their personalities were like in the kennel. This is HUGE for us because we have tried so many kennels where the workers forget our dogs' names or have very minimal interactions with them. When we were leaving, our dog with separation anxiety (who normally runs right out of boarding facilities), rubbed up against Sarah to say "bye".
