I believe I received inaccurate information regarding the cats when I was gone, also I do not think they received the correct amount of food as per my instructions. Then on the last day of my vacation I received a call saying I should take them to the vet when I get back, but by the end of the conversation everything was "fine". Unnecessary stress and odd communication. Given this experience I lost trust and would not recommend this service.

The first time I met J&M, they came by to get to know my pets and collect the key. They took a lot of time saying hi to each cat and learning about her personality. I immediately felt safe leaving my animals in their hands, and from that point I used their services many more times, including over the Christmas holidays. I was always so impressed with their care. They would call if they had any questions, clean up very thoroughly, and write a very cute report of who did what and how much everyone ate. They would also play with my pets and keep a close eye on how everyone was doing, which was impressive because I have two anti-social (ex-feral) cats. I loved coming home and reading about what my pets are up to! I don't have J&M come visit anymore because I moved away from Waterloo, and I deeply miss having such a great resource nearby. I highly recommend Janice and Murray and WPS. They have fair prices and they care very deeply.
