It is an older space filled with many aisles and supplies so it's a bit tight in there but nice to have lots of options. My dog loved going in and checking out all the bones and toys they had out. They have the No Hide bones in many flavors (my dog chose salmon). It's fun to take your dog in and check everything out. You won't leave empty handed. If I lived in Cederburg this would be my go to pet store.

While I am inside the tiny "store" I am greeted by live chicks, and feed for a wide spectrum of animals: dogs, cats, horse, chickens, pigs, birds, rabbit and small animals. Also bedding and hay and then add in gifts and accessories. All in a very small shop. Whether you are a small or large hobby farm, check out their website and it will give you lots of info about all they offer. And the pricing is really good. Drive up, pay and they load your car. The steps inside are small and old, no real accessibility, but everyone who works here is helpful. I have barely scratched the surface of what Merton Feed does. It is so great to have an old-fashioned no-nonsense feed store to shop instead of the big box places. It is absolutely worth the drive.

For $10 a day (per pup) you can bring your pooch here and enjoy the company. There are a few options for exercise here: two indoor play areas (they call it a small dog area and a large dog area, but the only times I have seen the second one operational is for dog birthday parties... yes it's a thing). I will say that the indoor space is small and gets overcrowded quickly, but it's a nice option. Outside there is a large area with play structures (for the hounds!) and turf for them to run on. They have poop bags and scrub brushes to use if there is a poo on the turf. They have staff outside to monitor behavior and they're quick to get involved with the unlikely scuffle between pups. There are several picnic tables for the people and a garage door that opens to... A FULL BAR! The bar is stocked with a TON of options, and there is almost always an awesome food truck to get noms. Leah, the owner, is involved with the community as well. For example, during March, Women's History Month, proceeds from certain drink brands are donating money to Sojourner (if you're unfamiliar with the organization, they're incredible), and they are hosting pictures with the Easter Bunny for pups all 100% of proceeds go to the cause. They are consistently hosting events like trivia, sports games, photo ops, etc. I go here every Sunday and love it!

Highly recommend this small local business and since Danni is such a highly skilled, caring and friendly groomer, appointments are sometimes rather difficult to get at spur of the moment.
