Unfortunately, this did not happen and he did not show up for the follow up work. 1) On 11/8/2014, Mark agreed to come back do the follow up service on 11/14. He did not show up for the follow up work and NO phone calls. 2) After numerous tries to reach Mark, he agreed to come back do the follow up service on 11/19/14.
